The only positive aspect of this hotel was the lovely lady at the reception. Despite the room being cleaned daily, it was done so poorly, with some towels being dirty. The TV was useless, and the AC was positioned in such a way that it blew directly onto the bed, making it easy to catch a cold. The entrance door was situated outside and didn't close properly, allowing all the noise from outside to disturb our sleep. There are numerous clubs around, all playing loud music late into the night.
The breakfast was incredibly disappointing, deserving only 1 star for its lack of taste and variety, and the limited serving hours from 8 to 10 were inconvenient. The swimming pool looks much better in pictures than it does in reality. The bar prices were exorbitant, and the policy prohibiting outside food and drinks was frustrating. Additionally, the pool's open hours from 9 to 7 were too restrictive. The billiard table costs 2€, which should be free for guests. On top of all this, the room was too expensive for what it offered. Overall, this hotel failed to meet expectations on multiple fronts.

A group of 3 of us all 18/19 age looking to enjoy the Zante ***** (as it is right on the *****), however a particular member of staff, (bald and a beard) on the night shift was creating issues about noice complaints. He was terrorising our stay and watching us like a hawk, not allowing anyone in the room, even though it wasn’t overloaded. Completely do not recommend if your young looking for lads/girls holiday as you be completely tortured with threats of getting kicked out of the hotel. This member of staff knows who they are.

Overall hotel was good, however if you struggle with heat I would stay away, the Aircon units are capped at 22 degrees and will not go lower, so after the scorching heat you comeback to quite a warm room which takes forever to cool down. The staff were great just unfortunate they didn't fix the ac units for our time as I had a few nights of struggle with sleep but apart from that it was good. :)
I'd give the hotel a solid 3.5/5 but if you struggle with heat like me, just watch out. The lady and guy that work during the morning and afternoon are lovely people and were amazing. The night guy however, not the nicest person and didn't seem bothered about helping us with any issues.
Regardless, thanks for the stay, the two morning / afternoon reception staff made the place better. :)

Premetto che se riguardasse personale,colazione e gentilezza sarebbero 5 stelle….ma…prenotato 7 mesi prima richiedendo stanza insonorizzata…niente stanza insonorizzata…e…stanza a pian terreno con bagno piccolo per una persona. Hotel comunque ben gestito e organizzato in una zona molto attiva dell’isola. Se cercate tranquillità però vi consiglio di non soggiornare a Laganas.

Heerlijk ontbijt dat steeds met veel personeel wordt bijgevuld. Super vriendelijk personeel, zeer behulpzaam en helpen je met alle voorkomende problemen of vragen. Kamer (en dan vooral de badkamer) is aan een update toe, maar is nog te doen.

Hotel is in a great location. Pool was lovely. The staff were very friendly and nice. Lovely lady on reception and the accommodation staff were very nice, room was spotless. Breakfast was ok. For me personally I felt it was a little over priced, had a view of a wall . Pool closed early. Had to buy our own water for brushing our teeth, and for the kettle. Very salty water in shower and taps. Unfortunately it's the same for all hotels. But over all I would give it a 4 out of 5. Beautiful island, food and very friendly people.

Went on a girls holiday to Tzante and it was fab! After reading the reviews we were a bit hesitant, the staff made us welcome especially the reception and bar staff. I would recommend the supreme room if booking. The hotel was kept clean and no issues with the night manager. Breakfast had a variety of options and was kept hygienic. Pool was on the smaller side but so good, close to the ***** but no noise pollution into the hotel. Would definitely recommend booking if you are going to Zante.

Hatten ein Zimmer im ruhigeren Teil. Zimmer zur Straße sind über einer Bar und an einer Einkaufsmeile. Parkplatz ist 200 m um die Ecke, also nicht direkt am Hotel gelegen. Schlüssel muss vorher an der Rezeption geholt werden. Parkplatz ist verschlossen aber nicht bewacht. Man sollte bedenken das das Hotel sehr zentral gelegen ist und somit im Partyhotspot liegt. Was uns nicht weiter gestört hat. Zimmer super. Frühstück perfekt um in den Tag zu starten. Personal immer sehr hilfsbereit und aufgeschlossen.
