Good location! Good breakfast! The room is small and old. The elevator of this kind of hotel in the town is very narrow. It can't fit one person's luggage at most. Two people need to run twice! The room is not soundproofed. The foreigners next door are so excited that they can be heard clearly! There is a balcony, but it is on the side. I feel that the front side facing the sea is more comfortable! The town of Zakynthos is not commercialized, but it is still worth a visit! Carrefour Express is downstairs from the Phoenix Hotel. The restaurant and cafe on the first floor are also the place for breakfast. The breakfast variety is OK and the taste is OK!

Phoenix Hotel is very convenient! There are many restaurants nearby and the rooms face the sea, which makes it feel like a vacation. There is also a supermarket downstairs where you can buy other items, highly recommended! 

Very spacious room, very comfortable for three people. There are many delicious restaurants nearby, which can be reached within 5-10 minutes' walk. Sisters in Zakynthos recommend staying here!

The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. The island is not big but the scenery is beautiful. The hotel staff are very friendly. Although it was off-season when we went, we still had a pleasant and unforgettable experience!

Good location next to the port High CP value

We stayed in a queen/triple room on the top floor in December during the off-season. From the balcony, I could see the calm sea and the calm city, which made me feel relaxed. The people at the reception are also quiet and unassuming, but if you ask them, they will kindly let you know. We also arranged tours along the coast, walking paths to castles, bus and ferry terminals, and tours around shipwreck beach. Anyway, I was able to relax and get away from everyday life. The walls of the bathroom were a bit gray and the toiletries were minimal, such as towels and cups, but the bedding was pure white and I had no problems. Thank you to everyone at the hotel!

Right at the port, great location to enjoy the sea view. Booked one night for the ferry to Athens and got a sea view room. It takes about 18 minutes to walk to the ferry terminal

The most outrageous hotel I've stayed in in Europe. The room has nothing to do with the pictures. The facilities are very shabby. There is no sound insulation at all. The noise from the road and the neighbors can be heard very clearly. The bath water is salty.
