Was here for a night as part of large tour group so experience limited and had no opportunity to use spa and pool. It's a resort hotel obviously popular with families with young children. The outstanding feature is that most rooms face the mountains so you wake up to snow falling on rooftops in an idyllic landscape reminiscent of Switzerland and the Alps, only this is the Tatra Mountains, breathtaking. The rooms are fine except that the safe and fridge are hidden behind a sliding door so you need to push aside this aside to locate these features. Rather odd as there are no written instructions in the room or maybe we miss it as overseas visitors with no knowledge of Polish. Be prepared for the very crowded breakfast buffet which is varied, comprehensive and delicious but long lines queue for the items as there are families and tour groups. However, there's an adjacent room where we see people going for pancakes and wraps.

Wonderful hotel! I recommend to everyone! Very tasty and varied breakfasts and dinners! Clean rooms! The staff is polite and attentive. It’s a 5-minute walk to the training hill, which is extremely convenient! Low bow to the management, you are great! I want to return to the hotel! ❤️Thank you!

It was one of the worst hotel experiences of my entire life. Crowds, noise and questionable quality. The only thing that was ok was the very polite staff and the location. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to Kuźnice, and there are many trails right under your nose. So it's ok. And it's a very nice gym! This is not a place to relax. This is a facility to be proud of on social media - as can be seen in the swimming pool. If you want to relax, there is a small hotel next door with very good cuisine, or if you really want to sleep in Nosalowy, choose Nosalowy Park in the city center. Next time we will choose a different facility.

I was staying in a 4* building (Grand) and was surprised that the 2-person suite didn't have the air condition (there was only a standalone fan in our room). I was so sure that AC would be a standard in 4* that I didn't even verify it before booking. Also, there was no way to block the bathroom door, which is another surprise and disadvantage. Other than that all good, just a bit crowded but I guess it is expected in mid-July.

The hotel is very friendly to families with children. All the staff were very nice. Spacious rooms (residence 2), clean with a beautiful view of the mountains. A lot of attractions for the youngest. The living room is well-kept outside, and there are two living rooms inside. Although this Centipede could be better equipped because there were some toys missing, e.g. in the toy kitchen or broken elements in the mazes on the wall. The food is delicious. Various breakfasts for adults and children. Dinner as well, we really enjoyed everything! The swimming pool is clean and well-kept with nice saunas. A good base for walks. Overall, a very good impression, we will definitely return to this place. I recommend

If you want to feel like you're in a shopping mall during rush hour, this hotel is definitely for you. We arrived in March, theoretically off-season, found the parking lot completely packed (finding a space was almost impossible), then waited 25 minutes in a queue to the reception. The swimming pool and sauna area are pitifully small and crowded, it is downright embarrassing to build such a gigantic behemoth and say that everyone will fit in the mini pool, but after all, since the guests have already paid, they paid. The food is very average, the hotel looks ok from the outside, a cheap congress center inside, the rooms are ok. I don't know where all these good reviews come from because they honestly influenced our decision to come here. Nothing will convince me to come back here, even for free.
