The best massage I have ever had in the spa area. Pool, jacuzzi and saunas areas clean and well maintained. Breakfast particularly delicious with regional foods and fresh produce. Bed very comfy. Staff attentive and helpful. We will return.

A luxury hotel with good service. Located close to the bus and train station. Good cuisine, some local some international, kettle, water, tea in the rooms. Air second freshness - due to the proximity of buses and the roundabout, on which a mass of tourists rides to Zakopane.

Incredible value for a luxury experience. Terrific breakfast--excellent variety quality. The room was comfortable as well. The only drawback for us was that the sauna was closed on the second night of our stay. My partner and I would recommend.

Kicsit sötétek voltak a szobák. A welnessben jó lenne egy melegebb vizű gyermekmedence. Igaz, mi felnőttek voltunk, de láttuk a kisgyermekes családok dilemmáját.

One of the last truly elegant spots in this city. Such places, surrounded by mountain peaks, are Zakopane's glory days. The Grand Hotel represents the good side of this city and is worth a visit. Impressive architecture, nice interior and courteous service.

Beautiful hotel with character, very clean, food delicious, perfect location (not too close/far from city centre- Krupowki), staff very friendly and helpful, beds very comfortable. All in all we are very satisfied with our stay at Hotel Stamary.

The best hotel, service at the highest level, everyone is nice and helpful, the food, well, I guess we didn't eat that well, everything is tasty and every detail was taken care of, the rooms are quiet, very clean, there are cleaning ladies every day, they change the towels, the water is not so obvious in other hotels. The swimming pool. warm jacuzzi is a revelation, I simply recommend it with a clear conscience

We chose this hotel based on positive reviews we saw online. However, the truth was very disappointing. Overall cleanliness is terrible, especially in the bathroom. In the room, there were stains on the carpet, and on the sofa bed. The extra sofa bed that was supposed to accommodate two teenagers was hideous, very uncomfortable, and nobody got any sleep. The are polite, however, nobody except the person sitting in reception speaks any English. Location is quite good, walking distance from most most things worth visiting. Breakfast was average, nothing special. Free parking was a plus,
