Amazing place to relax in Zakopane. Great location - only 5 minutes walk from the city centre. Stuff is super nice and helpful. Free access to SPA, sauna with wonderful view of Giewont, free parking for guests. Massages are amazing. Highly recommend!

It was a nice property in terms of location and facilities, but Staffs were focusing on getting the money more than customer satisfaction, we faced more than issue and they were not cooperative, l'll mention two as examples, 1- they've rejected to let us check out at 12 pm and they insist to let us leave at 11:00 while next check in time at 3 pm, most properties in the world have the check out time at 12:00 pm. 2- They deducted 1000 PLN for small paint defect which not costing even 200 PLN, will attach the photo for people to judge.

The place is so perfect beautiful view great staff big parking good restaurat villa toscana like 50 meter above. Tripadvisor said i neeed to put more than 200 characters but i think one word is enough ! Perfect
