The service is nice. Great hotel To stay. For improvement : the towels looks dirty white. For sanitation purposes. But over all the hotel is good place to stay.

Hotel is clean and modern. Just need to improve on wifi coverage. Our room is located at the back. Wifi is slow to no connectivity at all. We asked the front desk if we can be transferred to rooms located in front (since we are working remotely and needs a high speed internet), but to no avail. However during our stay, we noticed that there are still vacant ROOMS in front. Breakfast if okay also. Location is good. Overall, it's a good hotel compare to other hotels in zamboanga.

Not a safe hotel to stay in. One night there someone twisting the door knob in my room and it kept me awake the whole night. The room is not tidy and on the ceiling it seems like theres rat running around. Will not go back on this hotel.

It was okay …Staff are very accommodating

Our original booking was for January 2023 but due to thunderstorm and flood in zamboanga we cancelled our trip and requested to move it, for the 2nd time request of booking modification hotel still allowed us to rebook even though booking policy is non changeable and non refundable ❤️ The hotel is walking distance to canelar barter which great and walking distance to family fried chicken to grab delicious dinner. Bed is comfortable and new but the restroom needs to be repaired or should be well maintained. There is no room decoration such as painting or even lampshade to make it cozy 😅 TV has cable but bad reception, wifi - is I think a must in a hotel they have it but very weak and unstable in room. For breakfast, they serve it plated and only one menu per breakfast. I think they should have selectiona for those picky eaters. When you book with trip.com they wouldn't see your booking as booked by trip. Com you may ask them to check ******* booking For it's price exterior, location and bed is better compared to the other hotels in the area but maybe next time we'll try the other hotels with better amenities 😊❤️

The staff is helpful, despite the shower facilities is hardly having water out.

The hotel offered the basic necessities. No frills. Value for money since they offered a decent buffet breakfast. They may improve on cleanliness in their rooms, specifically the bathroom.

There is no hot water, the white bath towels have turned yellow, and there are some small stains on the sheets. When we checked out, it was 12:35, and then we were told that it was over 5 minutes, and our 200P deposit was deducted. The only good thing is the door The security service attitude is very good, every time they help to open the door, the overall feeling is poor

The room is spacious and clean, but wifi is only near the lobby. The water from the faucet in the washroom was so thin that it took me a long time to wash my face. As Philipine always does, chuck it in your mouth. The glass cup was also disappointing. The vegetables in the breakfast buffet were too hard and I had a hard time chewing them.
