Location spettacolare, personale accogliente e molto disponibile. Molte spiagge da visitare, tanti piccoli paesi caratteristici nelle vicinanze e raggiungibili facilmente. Servizio navetta a disposizione per la clientela. Super consigliato.

Abbiamo prenotato il nostro soggiorno in largo anticipo. Necessitavamo di un luogo di "appoggio" solo per una notte. Avevamo il traghetto presto per le Isole Eolie. Nel momento della prenotazione ci comunicano che il check in era dalle ore 14. Rispondiamo che avremmo fatto una tappa mare e che lo avremmo effettuato verso le ore 16. Alle 15.45 circa ci arriva un messaggio dove ci comunicano che l'alloggio non è pronto perchè hanno avuto ritardi nelle partenze. Eravamo ormai di strada e ci consigliano di utilizzare il servizio bar e le due piscine per le mie 3 figlie, l'alloggio era in fase di ultimazione pulizia e da li a 10 minuti ce lo avrebbero consegnato. Accettiamo fiduciosi della loro promessa. Passarono da allora la bellezza di 2 ore e mezza. Non vi racconto come può diventare estenuante, più di quanto già non sia l'attesa in se, farlo con 3 bambine. Stanchi dell'attesa e con la voglia di rinfrescarci dopo una giornata di mare mi offro di pulirla da sola la casa affinchè ci dessero la possibilità di entrare. Dopo altri 10 minuti finalmente la ragazza ci porta all'alloggio dove aiutiamo le signore delle pulizie con secchi e secchielli ad uscire dal locale. Ovviamente locali super puliti e ancora bagnati. Diciamo che per averla sfruttata la bellezza di 11 ore in totale è risultata decisamente cara.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo residence a pochi passi dal mare. Appartamenti nuovi con tutti i confort e vista da urlo. All’ interno ci sono 2 splendide piscine di cui 1 idromassaggio. Ringrazio il personale, sempre gentile e disponibile. Ritorneremo

Beautiful and elegant structure. We stayed for 20 days in July ... we had a divine time ... wonderful location with an apartment overlooking the sea and the Aeolian Islands ... very clean ... every comfort available very close to the Marinella beach (a paradise for divers) exquisite and helpful staff starting with Francesco Cimadoro who always gave advice and provided information on places and places to visit ... Chiara exceptional reception who always knew how to manage our needs with professionalism and always with a smile ... Francesco barman driver all-purpose who gave us fantastic moments on the terrace and was able to entertain us with anecdotes and cocktails by the pool and during the sunsets on the solarium that will remain in our hearts for a long time ... I congratulate everyone for these twenty days that unfortunately flew by ... we did not want to leave again ... we hope to see you again next year

The structure is very nice but not well kept. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Everything came out under the beds and we had to clean the bathroom ourselves. Furthermore, apart from the very kind girl at the reception, the rest of the staff (especially at the bar) were rude and not very helpful. I would not go back.

We stayed in this structure for 9 days from 9 to 19 June, an unforgettable experience, a very beautiful, clean and well-equipped apartment, a swimming pool and a hydromassage in front of the sea with a view of Tropea on one side and Stromboli in front! A special thanks to the two guys who managed the structure, Chiara and Francesco, always available and very attentive to our every request, delicious breakfasts and unforgettable aperitifs at sunset with local products. We highly recommend this structure for a relaxing holiday, we will definitely return.

Positive aspects: The location of the residence is very convenient, right in front of the path that leads to Zambrone beach; the markets (two) right near the entrance to the residence, the pharmacy and the fishmonger, allow you not to take the car for these needs. If desired, in front of the entrance there is the Zambrone train station complete with a bar and a good ice cream shop. The residence's kitchen equipment is well-stocked: there is also an oven and a microwave. Good reserved parking spaces, one closed with a barrier and the other with a gate. Good swimming pool with sea view. Negative aspects: Having stayed last year in an apartment with a side sea view and having found it relatively well, this year we booked well in advance (1 January 2022), ensuring a seafront apartment, but upon arrival, the the large window in the living room overlooking the sea was ruined and did not allow a view of the sea unless it was opened; pointing out the problem to the person who welcomed us, we were simply told that it was a problem with condensation on the double glazing and that there was nothing they could do about it (we highlighted that they should have done maintenance before the guests arrived); the balcony of the living room overlooking the sea did not have awnings, so from 12.30 pm (around this period) until sunset (or so), you had to stay with the internal darkening curtains closed to avoid being bothered by the sun in the face even at lunch (fortunately we had our own umbrella which we used to partially cover the discomfort); the shower in the bathroom was very small (60x60 cm), not allowing entry to a person of robust build, and preventing movement for a person of average build. The first washing machine we did, the balcony flooded because the drain pipe was broken (again due to poor preventative maintenance), fortunately the maintenance worker intervened promptly, so we took the opportunity to have him restore one of the two non-working ceiling lights in the living room. The swimming pool with sea view was equipped with a bar whose opening times were not reliable, however, not guaranteeing the possibility of having breakfast or having a coffee after lunch. Unfortunately the sea was not clean this year.

Very nice structure in a strategic position to reach beautiful beaches and magnificent places to visit. Modern apartments equipped with every comfort, very kind and available staff for every need / information. Very clean and well-kept environments. Beautiful swimming pool and solarium area with a panoramic view that is nothing short of breathtaking .... I have never admired such beautiful and unforgettable sunsets as from there. In the immediate vicinity all kinds of basic necessities are available. I traveled alone with a small child and I had a great time, I recommend it to everyone ... couples, groups of friends, families ... the surroundings are fantastic, super sea and beautiful places to visit ..... there is a negative note though .... that when you leave your heart cries !!!!!!
