El cuarto tiene un olor muy fuerte a drenaje y lo sabían y con todo y eso me lo dieron y pedí cambio de cuarto y me dijeron que ya no había, deberían bloquear esos cuartos😡

La ubicación del hotel, buena.
Muy mal servicio. Nadie contestaba en recepción, entonces si necesitabas algo tenias que bajar hasta el Lobby para solicitarlo, por ejemplo, mis 2 habitaciones sin toallas!
No hay room service y nadie te dice nada hasta que bajas, nuevamente , y en recepcion te dicen que no cuentan con el servicio, pero que puedes salir si deseas comer algo...
La verdad, nada recomendable el hotel

No tiene buen aire acondicionado no lo puedes controlar hace mucho ruido y el bañó no tiene respirador o extractor salen muchos olores de drenaje , la cama no es la mas comoda el colchon se sume horrible....la verdad aolo su ubicación y personal lo salvan :( pero definitivamente noooo volvere
