Hotels near Parque Real Tabachines, Zapopan

Fortunately, we only stayed for 2 nights. The first one, we had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. I ordered a club sandwich (which was the priciest sandwich on the menu) and it came with like singles yellow cheese. If you’re going to use that, don’t charge like you’re using real cheese. The next morning, the service at breakfast was terrible. Also, the food took forever and it wasn’t tasty at all. The next day, when we arrived in the afternoon, the card keys weren’t working. I had to go to the lobby where there was a line because apparently everyone in the hotel was having the same problem. They fixed it and later, that same night, it stopped working again. The room was ok and the facilities were clean. So if you can avoid the food, the service and don’t mind a few trips to the lobby to get your card key fixed, this hotel might work for you.

Remodeled and beautiful but some of the reception staff was NOT nice. they showed very little interest in helping my wife and myself with the simplest of services. Some were even a little rude .We lost cell phone services and we literally had to plead to make a call to Los Angeles. Air conditioning controls Are not in the room and they they get mad if you follow Their rules for them to shut it off or on. They have to bring the control from the front desk. Business center is not well equipped and not very accessible. On a good note the waitress at their in house resturant and the girls on the cleaning staff were great. The room itself was nice we were there for almost a week.

Always knock on the door early in the morning and open the door into the room for no reason. Breakfast always line up

Great customer service, the entire staff is polite and kind. It is a small property hence the experience is personable. Great location, easy access to all points of the city. The rooms in the back of the building are quiet, great for people that are looking to rest. The reason I gave this property a three start review is the use of the word LUXURY. The decor is posh and modern. The hotel lacks cleanliness in the rooms, amenities and overall experience. The entire place is in desperate need of a remodeling. Our room had a distinctive stench that came out of the bathroom I believe is a combination of poor plumbing and lack good cleaning. I had to ask the maid on our floor to help us get rid of the problem. She came and sprayed the bathroom with an atrocious cinnamon spay which only masked the problem. I asked her to bring me detergent and bleach. I cleaned the bathroom and poured bleach on all drains to get rid of the problem. The cleaning of our room was mediocre. The coffee mugs were not replaced or washed. Breakfast included was ok. The fruit, bread an cereal bar provided a great assortment. They also offer good a la carte options. The restaurant next door is good. The room prices are good so yes, I believe I would return back but now I am fully aware this is not a Luxury Hotel.

Love It Signature Hotel Guadalajara All Around Great Hotel and Close to Everything! 893884802 This hotel is located in one of the most highly rated neighborhoods in the world in 2022, Colonia Americana just one block away from the main street of Chapultepec Avenue... The rooms are beautiful (I recommend the Superior Suite) and facilities are very clean and well maintained. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and professional from the front desk, to the restaurant and parking attendants. Thank you so much to the entire team. This will be my place to stay for all future trips to Guadalajara!

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was small, dark and depressing. It was an interior room with the window facing the lobby and not outside. The room smelled strong of mold and paint. The toilet Handel was broken. Most of the wood flood was warped and bubbled from clearly having been flooded at some point. I asked the front desk to change to an exterior room but they said none with a king sized bed were available. It was very noisy and every sound from the hallway echoed throughout out the room. I believe the was some sports team staying there and it was hard to sleep with kids running through the hall from room to room, shouting, and slamming doors constantly! I will not stay there again and recommend other nearby hotels that cost less!

Overall the building is maintained very nice and clean. Security was always present. Every hotel staff member is professional in manner, customer service, and in appearence. The rooms were neat and clean and the maid service was outstanding The terrace bar is very nice and comfortable to wind down. It could be nice if open seven days a week. The breakfast that was included was delicious and outstanding. The service is of four diamond quality. The restaurant staff is very professional at all levels. Congratulations to the great team at Hotel Gumont… It was the 2nd stay and it was fabulous Enrique, Joseph and Pablo treated us so kindly that they made us feel at home At Reception Atziri and Rosa, always friendly. The same for Jackeline who tidied up our mess in the room and made sure that there were no missing amenities.Thank you !! I strongly recommend you stay at the Gumont.

Hotel is at a great location. In the city but at the same time apart from it.
