We stayed 4 days in these apartments. The quality-price ratio is very good, and everything is clean. The owners are good people but they made a mistake at the last minute that left a bad taste in our mouths. When we left the apartment we realized less than three hours later that we had left a bag in the refrigerator with two packets of Iberian ham from Teruel denomination of origin and a whole chorizo from León. Everything was vacuum packed because it was a gift for our Italian family and we had to fly. When I call on the phone, they tell me that they don't know anything or have seen anything and that surely the girls who clean would have thrown everything in the trash due to the covid issue. We headed there again and asked to look through the trash they had from that day. We put on some gloves and took everything out and there was our garbage with gels, papers, etc., among the bags, but obviously not the rest of the Iberian sausages. The owner insists that he doesn't understand anything, but deep down we all know that if it's not in the room and not in the trash, then logically the cleaning lady has kept it. Nobody throws quality packed Iberians into a vacuum, and in fact they weren't there. My criticism is not that the lady kept it, but the fact that they did not admit that hams do not have legs or escape from the fridge on their own. He could have kept it and at the time we asked him to return it, since, as I have already mentioned, less than 3 hours had passed. It is not the money that we have lost but the illusion of being able to take back from Spain something that we had bought with such enthusiasm for our family, and above all the illusion of being taken for fools. Good apartments but we don't go back to where they tease us. Let them take advantage of the ham.
