The service was fine. The spacious and comfortable rooms. I need some cleaning in the bathroom and it is true that you could hear a lot both the street and the other rooms

This hotel is very old and tired, my room was small and dated. The shower wasn’t great. The location was okay but I wouldn’t out of choice stay here again. There were lots of restaurant locally and the breakfast was okay, but basic, not much English spoken.

Spacious rooms, very good showers, everything clean. There is a refrigerator in the room. The location is excellent. Close to everything. The hotel offers breakfast for €10 but I didn't try it. Quick and simple check in.

Business trip, two people in separate rooms. I spend the night from July 12 to 13. I had booked a room and breakfast. I left the payment in advance when I checked in on the 12th. The hotel itself, without being terrible, is noticeably below the national average of a 3 star: it looks old, dull, in great need of paint and redecoration. The best, the size and cleanliness of the rooms and the kindness of the room maid and the correctness of the evening receptionist. The least in line with the theoretical 3-star rating: the bathroom and especially the dining room, bare, with a rather poor breakfast, and lacking attention, since around 10 a.m. It shared a waiter (only one) with the neighboring cafeteria on the street of the establishment. So far, more in line with a hostel or 1 star than with a theoretical 3 star, but I sincerely believe that it is acceptable at the price of €62 in the month of July. The unusual thing came later: I had arranged to meet a client the next morning, whom I met in the hotel lobby. Meanwhile, I decided to go down to have a coffee (I never have breakfast; not on this occasion either) in the dining room. The coffee, horrendous, and in fact I left it in the cup because it was undrinkable due to an intense salty taste (sic). A few minutes later I go to the reception to hand over the card and formalize the check out. And there came the affront at the hands of the receptionist who was at the counter that morning (different, I repeat, from the previous afternoon): this lady asks me to tell her if I have any expenses and, in particular, if I have had breakfast, because He saw me leaving the dining room and in that case I have to pay him 10 euros for breakfast. Surprised, I tell him no, that I had (I tried to have rather) a coffee and nothing more, and to my amazement, without barely looking at me, with an unpleasant and sulky gesture, he shows his doubts and tells me that it doesn't matter if I don't have breakfast if I have accessed the dining room: 10 euros are owed. I stand up, and politely offer him to go ask the waiter (my mistake), to which he walks quickly towards the cafeteria, with me behind him (second rookie mistake of mine, I repeat, I should never have accepted that attitude from this such a rude person), and when the waiter comes (an older man with the same attitude as her), he doesn't even look at me, and tells her that he doesn't know, that he "saw things" at the dining room table. In response to my emphatic refusal, he charges me €1.60 for the coffee, which I pay in hand. Finally, when I check the reservation that the company made, they confirm that it included breakfast. To make matters worse. It is not so much the improper error on her part, but rather the unfriendly and despotic treatment that this lady allowed herself to exhibit. Nothing like this has ever happened to me, and it won't happen to me again in this hotel.

I ordered a room with double bed, not twin beds or double depending on availability!! Although we found a very dated hotel, we are delighted to spend the night in this city. We were given a room with two twin beds… so I went to complain to the reception and seeming annoyed, the receptionist gave me a new room and we found ourselves in a boxed-in room that I would describe as a 'closet' with a double bed of mediocre quality !!!!! I also went to complain because there was no heating, and I won't talk about the very thin duvet... and no one was able to meet our needs. Run away

Excellent welcome from the staff responsible for receiving guests. The location of the hotel is great. Nice impact upon entering the hotel and going to reception. Retro style that's nice to look at. Large room, comfortable and large bed. The obvious flaw of this hotel on the floor where we were, refers to the bathroom, which needs a review or rather renovation. This effort would give the hotel an extra touch. The rich and plentiful breakfast is excellent and satisfies many palates.

The word is ordinary. It is a hotel that does not stand out above or below. It has a very good location that allows you to walk to the old town and to the ambient places, which is appreciated not necessarily having to take the car. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The reception is spacious with a meeting or reading room that is not bad. the breakfast buffet .. for 10 euros ... something high. Little variety in general and in things as simple as bread. Room. It was quite spacious not bad. It caught my attention that some rooms had double windows and others did not. This double window is essential at least in the rooms on the first floor, although it is not a particularly noisy street, this improvement in isolation would be appreciated. The bathroom wasn't the worst either. Some reform in the bathtub would not hurt. The worst thing was the air conditioning. Turning it on to position three, it was like being next to a reactor. position 1 significantly reduced the noise but not to leave it overnight. The cleaning of the room seemed reasonable and without fault. In summary, it seemed to me a hotel that is in accordance with the price with the quality,

Terrible, it is better for quality, price and attention, go to a hostel. Pros: location, 15-20 minutes walk from Plaza España. Cons: - So much noise that it is impossible to rest: a metallic noise of machinery day and night that can be heard throughout the hotel prevents rest. You can hear everything that happens in other rooms and in the hallway. - Old man: only half a bathroom was renovated, half! Broken wardrobe. Air conditioning does not work. A horrible and unbearable heat in the room without the heating being on... Fair breakfast with very improvable quality (don't go near the York ham). The staff doesn't even say good morning when you enter the buffet. Poor cleaning (it's not disgusting but you can see that they don't clean more than just enough. The first day we had to "re-clean" the toilet with wipes because you could see the marks "from the cloth/cloth." In short, we will not return and I recommend looking for another site, at least until the hotel is modernized and improved.
