On the edge of Pilar Square in the city center, the location is very good, about 10 minutes drive from the train station. Breakfast is also quite rich.
The hotel room is quite big, but because it is facing the street, there may be a little sound.
Overall it is good, I will continue to choose here next time on business trip.

Very very simple hotel with excellent location.
The rooms with just enough furniture, IKEA style, with two beds and two small tables as bedside tables, and a TV. That if new. The old bathroom is not renovated.
It shows that it is a hotel for stag parties for the price and the location. During my weekend, groups of young people with bachelor parties did not stop coming and going. Infernal noise, bad drunkenness and even vomiting in the corridor.

Great location, just minutes from most of the major attractions, Restaurants and the Bus to/from Delicias Station is right outside. Entrance Foyer is very much like a Hotel. Good Gym, but Pool wasn't available as it was too cold, even though their website said it was. We had a large Apartment on the 1st floor. At first glance it looked really nice, but after a few minutes, you realised that it was of very poor quality - Kitchen was old, cheap Crockery (pyrex), pans with broken handles; you had to run the hot tap for over a minute before any hot water came out - a tremendous waste of resource, especially with a drought in the region. It took 2 days for someone to come and open the inroom safe for us. You have to ask for the basic of appliances - Kettle, Toaster, etc. Bathroom extractor fan did not work and there was no visible signs of a smoke detector either. There were works of some sort going on, but we weren't pre-warned of the noise. We complained several times to the Staff, but they didn't seem bothered. Even the Manager laughed at some of our issues. They did buy us some new pans - I can only imagine, that the 'spare' pans they did have for other Apartments were of the same poor quality, so they had to buy us new ones. Overall, a great location and the Apartment had a very comfortable bed - alas, the quality of the Apartment was very poor and nowhere near the expectations of a 4* establishment.

Good central location with on street parking (if you’re lucky) otherwise pay extra for the hotel secure car park. We found the hotel and room to be spotless and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. And all of this for a very reasonable price. Don’t expect everything to be 5-star… you’d need to pay a LOT more. Instead, accept the fact that the pricing for a city hotel is very competitive and enjoy your stay. My only gripe (and it’s purely a personal one), the bed was a bit too firm for me.

The room was very clean, the decoration was old-fashioned but well preserved and nostalgic, and the staff was friendly and willing to answer the passengers' questions. Although the hotel is a bit far from the old town, it can also be solved on foot. However, the room equipment is simpler, such as no drinking cup and no hot water bottle. Very good for position and for travelling around Zaragoza. Busses pass many times during the day and even evening. Amazing customer service and Room. Amazing! Big, so comfortable, and an amazing bathroom. For breakfast you can find sweets and salad plates, nothing special but continental breakfast ok. Not all the staff speak English, but the Receptionst yes so you can have good conversations for your need. Suggested if you have to stay in Zaragoza just a few days.

An excellent boutique hotel with a modernistic and trendy atmosphere, centrally located. The fit out of the bar/dining area and the rooms is modern and very comfortable, as well as being well above average for a reasonably priced hotel. The centrally located position ( close to rail station) is excellent for walking into the city centre ( Alphonus 1 Ave). A lot of major tourist attractions are within walking distance and the city itself is busy and interesting at night , with numerous sights to see, including a magnificent cathedral, galleries and Gothic and Roman ruins. The numerous tapas bars and other eateries, positioned throughout the numerous old streetscapes are truly superb, though not inexpensive are worth the money. Zaragoza and the hotel are worthy of favouritism as some of the best in Spain.

It is 1000 yen to 1500 yen by taxi from the city. This time I used this hotel relatively close to the station because I used the railway, but since it is a taxi to the city and the station, I think the city was good even in a slightly expensive hotel ❗ The response was very good at a beautiful hotel. However, it was troublesome that the cob was not １ in the room.

GGuest UserOur first stay in a NH hotel and very disappointing. Yes, our junior suite was spacious, all the staff did the hotel credit, and the location was good. But, the place hasn’t been refurbished for years, everything seems worn out and dated. - from the black mould in the bathroom, the rotten wood on doorways, ceilings marked with water stains, etc. The basement breakfast room is reached through a dingy room, seemingly used to store old settees. You feel the place should be closed down for a thorough rebuild. The hotel no longer has its own carpark. During our whole stay, the restaurant was ‘unavailable’ - a strange room accessed from outside. How it keeps four stars I don’t know. We did use the tapas bar and found it very reasonable. The hotel reception is set to one side as you enter the hotel, and so makes little impact; we were offered no information about the hotel or the area, or any kind of welcome. We have another NH hotel already booked on this trip. Unless it is substantially better, that will be our last stay with this group.

GGuest UserThis is our second stay here. We use it as a stopover on our way back to UK from Spain. Its easy to get to on the outskirts of the city near the airport. It works for us as finding hotels with parking in a city can be challenging as we have a campervan that won’t fit in many underground car parks. Very stylish and comfortable. We think €110 a night for the room, free parking and breakfast is good value. We got that deal by booking directly with them rather than using a broker service. The place was wildly busy with loads of students but the hotel is so big, they were accommodated for their event and we really were not disturbed by them at all. Also at breakfast, we had been concerned that the volume of people would make breakfast difficult but we were fine. Our room was great. It had a coffee pod machine but be aware the cups were the tiniest I have ever seen. Fortunately we always travel with a travel kettle, coffee and an aeropress so could sort ourselves out. WiFi is very good and meant we could stream British channels as despite saying they have them, the only channels working were in Spanish or German. That was the only disappointment. I was very impressed to be able to order a bottle of Cava to take to the room and without asking they gave me the glasses and an ice bucket. Nice classy touch. It is near the airport but then if you book here, you know this and will certainly be travelling with earplugs!

It's very good to have a menu to order according to your taste. The house has a sofa. It's very considerate to have a waiter come to the room to open the sofa and put it on. GGuest UserIt is rated as 5 stars - but do not expect it is like those 5 stars hotels in Barcelona. Staff were nice! Bed was very comfy! Room was spacious! Not near the tourist attractions. Will take ard 35mins walk to the Old town. However, the hotel is well located next to a shopping mall. I personally like the quietness of the hotel and the nearby environment. The hotel was full of 60's / 70's vibes ~ the only one that we do not quite like is - too many mirrors in the room... Would be better if tea / coffee also available in the room.

Not easy to find! The instructions say that the hotel is just across the road from the railway station but we had to ask a friendly security guard to point us in the right direction. The hotel, clearly for business travellers, is underwhelming and is in need of renovation. It’s a long way from the city and you need to get a bus to get there. We couldn’t get in our room door upon arrival and, after trying to ram it a few times, had to ask the receptionist to help. She showed us the correct way (keycard in, out, quickly!) otherwise we would have been standing in the not-so-nice hallway all night. The room was basic but we hadn’t paid much for it and weren’t expecting luxury. It was nice enough and was clean. Only two power plugs (one of which wasn’t working), insufficient for today’s needs, and none by the bedside for powering up phones etc. The bathroom fan didn’t work. We wanted to use the safe in the room but couldn’t work out how to. There were no instructions. Another trip down to reception where we were told there were two types of safes, one with a numeric pad and others (like ours) that needed a special card. To get the special card, we’d need to leave a deposit of €20 and she’d have to call a colleague to set it up. No thanks! We went out for dinner clasping our wallets close to us. Two positives: the aircon worked well and the breakfast was good. Constantly replenished and, except for the orange juice, of good quality. Upon reflection, we should have gone for a hotel in town instead.

GGuest UserFrom the reviews I had high expectations of this hotels but, having travelled all over the world, this is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. First of all, it’s dirty. The cleaners don’t do their job properly and the hotel is filthy. It was almost like the hotel wasn’t cleaned at all. Secondly, the air conditioning in the room doesn’t work and Zaragoza is very hot. So be prepared for no sleep. They keep the room at 21 degrees minimum and you can’t get it lower. It’s unbearable. I had no sleep the entire time I was there. Be careful about the pool. They make a big thing about advertising the pool but it’s only open a few months of the year. Finally, the staff are very rude. I tried to complain about the above but they simply didn’t want to listen. They were very aggressive, particularly front desk representative Angel. Even the General Manager’s response was rude and aggressive which reflects very badly on the Melia brand. Not sure if this particular hotel is Melia owned or managed but the service is not what you would expect from this brand. Many of the Trip Advisor reviews are false. Look it for the small number of reviews. All in all, one to avoid.

The kid at the reception was very kind to take care of us.
The room was very large. I was very well equipped. I was very surprised the area of being, with a table, two chairs, a large refrigerator, and a kitchen area with microwave, vitroceramic, and a battery.
The bed was very large and comfortable.

And in the bathroom, I thought it was a great detail that the gel dispensers, shampoo, hand soap, etc, were hanging on the wall.
We will certainly repeat it!

Merci aux dames de service, votre travail est remarquable. Le lieu est top situé en périphérie de Saragosse, vous pouvez vous stationner facilement dans les rues adjacentes ou au parking souterrain. L’hôtel était facilement accessible à deux pas de la route de Huesca, nous ne pouvons que recommander cet hôtel aux personnes qui comme nous, ne veulent pas s'aventurer en centre-ville, et qui offre des tarifs compétitifs. Le petit déjeuner quant à lui est top, très varié et très délicieux. L'hôtel est qualité/prix de loin l'un des meilleurs. Nous n’avons rien à dire de plus sur l’hôtel Novotel mais de souligner la qualité du lieu, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel de l’hôtel. Nous sommes plus que satisfaits. Lors d’un futur passage à Saragosse, nous ne manquerons pas de revenir dans votre hôtel car notre séjour fût excellent. Encore merci pour votre accueil et votre professionnalisme

DDania BalIt was good ... but not phenomenal. The room was not ventilated nor with open windows. Towards a soaking heat, though the outdoor time was great.
I asked for air conditioning, but they told me that it couldn't yet be activated ... I didn't understand anything.
