El servicio del hotel es muy bueno. Todo el personal con el que hemos tratado ha sido muy amable y correcto (en la recepción, en el comedor, el servicio de habitaciones). Todo muy correcto.
El hotel estaba muy limpio. La habitación también estaba muy limpia y era amplia, pero el colchón de la cama era un poco blando. Es el único detalle que creo que debería mejorar.

An old and therefore very noisy hotel. For example, when my upstairs neighbors kicked off their walking shoes, it made such a noise that I sat up in bed in fright. Room okay, in the sense that everything is there. Not very cozy.
Breakfast basic, e.g. only 2 types of savory spreads.
Dinner, on the other hand (3 course menu with 5 choices per course) was great.
The friendliness and helpfulness of the receptionists was also fantastic.
The hotel is close to the sea and a 20-minute walk from the train and bus.

Mediocre, habitaciones muy antiguas. El desayuno no merece la pena, caro nada variado poca cantidad y baja calidad. Limpio, el personal amable. La parte de abajo bonita pero baños y habitaciones muy antiguas. Sobretodo no coger el desayuno. Situación buena .

The room had two bedrooms and four beds for two of us. Super spacious (more space than we expected) and comfortable. The bathroom had a newly renovated, modern look and felt pleasant. We had a good night sleep and quite pleased with our stay.

Hotel de Toda la vida. En el centro de Zarautz. ( El pueblo es precioso). Mobiliario viejo. Colchones de muelles muy usados. No hay insonorización. No hay aire acondicionado. Hace falta una renovacioón total. Actualmente van grupos de gente mayor, de escolares..... Desayuno no apto para veganos.

Plus The hotel is well located and it close to the beach Breakfast well organised considering that there were 2 bus tours in the hotel at the time Room nice but I would not think that the bath is big enough for an adult Minus Dinner was sadly not to our liking
