We loved the view- it sure is hard to beat waking up to a sunrise over the ocean. My only recommendation to the property owners would be to add hooks or luggage racks to the rooms. The minimalist vibe is great, but it wasn’t so great having stuff on the floor or taking up couch space with your suitcase. A dresser or desk would have made a huge difference.

The view was beautiful. But it doesn't make up for no hot water for a whole week nor did the hot tub work. Very disappointing on my first trip ever to Puerto Rico

Falta de equipamiento en la cocina , no aseo en los baños solo el papel de toile , no papel toalla mala comunicación al arribar al lugar , no seguridad en el lugar la villa al lado de la que rente hubo una fuerte pelea con golpes y gritos a una mujer por todos una noche

the jacuzzi did not work the property does not have good conditions to take children or the elderly the shower is practically open in rainy or cold weather you cannot bathe

We stayed here for our honeymoon. we loved the location, it is secluted and away from the noise but everything is a quick drive away. Loved the view, the sunrise is amazing from the second floor. The host was great at communicating, even went above and beyond for us. We accidentaly left a necklace behind that means alot to us and they immediately send to look for it and mailed it back to us. We are very greatful. Would definately stay here again.

Pool and jacuzzi were broken, Main gate lock was broken, Outside people had access to property with no problem.
