Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel Reviews

Took a while for check in ( the staff couldn’t accept cash and needed another to assist) only advantage was that it’s just beside the hotel. Even though I paid the city taxes via cash n requested for a receipt, none was given n was told to wait for check out. At the point of check out, no proof of payment was reflected. It’s kinda an old hotel as well, can be seen from the room. The toilet towels won’t that clean as well, had lipstick stains

Great location if you are just staying to catch a flight. There is a train you can take to the city but this hotel seems to be there for people to just catch a sleep and head back out on a plane to your destination. The staff is very friendly.

Pros: The room is relatively large and new, with good soundproofing. Although it is at the airport, it is not noisy at all. Cons: The front desk staff is unfamiliar and inefficient. The sink in the room drains very slowly. The maintenance staff still couldn't solve the problem after handling it. When we talked to the front desk, they asked to change our room, but nothing happened afterwards. I really don't recommend it except for catching an early flight!

The room is small, probably because it is in the city center. The breakfast is cost-effective and children can eat for free. The location is very good, just outside the Grand Square and the Central Railway Station.
