High price for a poor budget style hotel. Expensive parking.
Cheap and uncomfortable furniture and plastic covered mattresses.
Cleaning fee was charged despite having to clean most things ourselves.
No towels or even soap available. Not even in the toilets at the pool was there soap.
Dirty changing room for the pool, lockers did not work, sauna was too cold, pool too crowded.
The gate at the exit of the parking lot did not work, so there was a long line and waiting time to get out of the garage.
Horrible location between two big road, with view of an industrial complex, and no facilities around.

Des lits superposés trop petits pour des adolescents.
Pour aller a la piscine il faut sortir et rentrer dans l'hôtel à côté.
Parking hors de prix ... Je ne recommande pas !

Na ons verblijf is mij meermaals gevraagd voor feedback te geven over ons verblijf in Zeebrugge waarbij ik na deze zeer grote teleurstelling over het hotel vanwege geen enkele meerwaarde bij hun hoge prijskaartje en daarbij een zeer verouderde en kleine kamer dat urgentie dient te krijgen voor de huidige toestand. Daarnaast ontvang ik nadien een zeer onbekwame maar vooral opdringerige telefoon van hun waarbij ik me diende te verantwoorden over mijn feedback dat ik op gegeven voor te kunnen verbeteren maar de medewerker was niet geïnteresseerd voor de juiste doelstellingen zoals verbeteringen dus hierbij is hun voorstel gekomen voor een korting maar de medewerker zei zelf al dat ik deze dan wel niet zou willen. Totaal ongepast en onprofessioneel als bedrijf!

We are a family of 5 and the room suited us perfectly. It was clean and very pleasant. We had our parents' area and a small children's area just for sleeping. We had room to eat and play board games and to quietly watch TV in French!!

Well appointed apartment for 5. There is no reception, instructions are given by telephone once the reservation email is sent.
Note that the indoor swimming pool is in the hotel which is next door. It was accessible from the building where we were staying. However, you must book well before your arrival.
The apartment was clean. Small downside, you might have to lift the box spring of the bunk bed to clean underneath.
