Hier gibt es nichts was man besser machen könnte. Ein Traumhotel mit bester Gastronomie und den freundlichsten Mitarbeitern, einem wunderbaren Spa Bereich und allerbestem Service. Wir empfehlen Zillerseasons uneingeschränkt weiter.

We stayed for 4 nights at the hotel and really loved it. On arrival we were a bit sceptical because it’s located right by a street, but when entering the hotel the whole atmosphere brings one into a different world and one forgets about the surroundings completely. The whole building is made out of wood, which creates a very nice and calming room climate. We particularly liked the interior design and overall style of the building, very calming and great as a get away. We booked breakfast and dinner and really liked the food. Also spa area was very appealing with recommendable facial treatments. Surely a place we would come back to :)

Wirklich sehr freundlicher und Zwangloser Empfang von Beginn an. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen und gut umsorgt. Die Sauberkeit zog sich vom Garten bis ins Zimmer durch, wobei alles sehr selbstverständlich wirkte. Die täglich frühe Anwesenheit der Chefin dürfte sich letztlich wohl auch sehr positiv auf gesamt gelungenen Betrieb auswirken.

Although we haven’t stayed here ourselves we have received wonderful service from them. Our very good friends had booked this hotel for their wedding anniversary and we wanted to surprise them by having a bottle of sparkling wine waiting for them in their room on arrival. We emailed the hotel hoping this could be arranged. Within an hour we received a telephone call from Calvin Schumbera at the hotel and he very enthusiastically explained that of course he could assist us and what our options were. We went with Calvins recommendation and paid over the phone. A receipt was immediately emailed to us. When our friends arrived they were absolutely thrilled with the surprise and sent us pictures immediately. We are looking forward to hearing all the details when they return home. Thank you so much Calvin for your recommendation, assistance and making our friends stay really memorable.

Man kann es kurz zusammenfassen: wir waren begeistert!! Die Holzbauweise des Hotels bereitet bereits beim ersten Betreten ein angenehmes Wohlgefühl. Die Rezeption kümmert sich um alles, äußerst freundlich wird für den Gast wirklich alles erledigt. Das Personal ist überhaupt hervorragend, das gilt für alle Bereiche, ob Frühstücksservice, Barbetrieb oder SPA-Bereich. Man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben und wird bestens betreut. Das Zimmer hatte absolutes 5* Niveau, hell und hervorragend ausgestattet. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage im Zillertal. Bei uns besteht 100% "Wiederholungsfahr"! Beste Grüße Klaus Köhlertz

Quel plaisir de séjourner une nouvelle fois dans cet établissement ou l'on sent le soin apporté à tous les détails!!! ZEN et BIEN-ËTRE. Un buffet de petit déjeuner extraordinaire, un restaurant dont tous les plats sont parfaitement étudiés, un spa très complet avec une déco soignée. Tout le personnel se met en quatre pour vous satisfaire, vraiment un séjour de rêve. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dès que possible.

Tout était parfait. La chambre spacieuse et confortable. Le restaurants est très agréable, la nourriture délicieuse et le personnel très professionnel. Idem pour la zone Spa, piscine, Hamam, avec différents salons tous très cocoonings . Les gérants très sympathiques et souriants sont aux petits soins, soucieux du bien être des clients, n'hésitant pas à conseiller, un accueil parfait! Je recommande à 1000% !
