By best the best hotel I’ve been to in algeria, And up there with the other hotels I’ve been to around the world. The service is great, team is great except a woman that works in reception that is extremely rude but the rest was amazing. Lovely food, lovely private spa. I have only good things to say, and not to forget the great housekeeping and security team.

There are only positive things to say about this hotel. The staff are friendly, very helpful and speak English (not a given in Algeria). The food in the restaurants is very good, especially the extensive breakfast. The cleanliness in all areas is worth mentioning. This hotel adds a little value to the somewhat dreary town of Zeralda.
