Very please with the service provided by the rececption team. Specially thank Xu Lin for her extra mile in getting the shoe repaired within 15 minutes. It is totally beyond my expectation. I am in China in various cities. This is the first time I meet such a dedicated service staff. Good service.

Received an upgrade. downtown hotel. no real complaints

The hotel is large, the breakfast is good, there are freshly squeezed vegetable juice, healthy. There are also people pushing carts to actively add drinks for guests. There are many foods in the hotel, and there is a live broadcast selling crayfish at the door, etc., but the overall layout feels a bit messy.

The room is not big, the facilities are old, and the soundproofing is very poor. The breakfast is very rich, there are many places for babies to play on the first floor, and 10 game coins for catching dolls were given when checking in. I was very happy to catch a little frog.

The room was not soundproofed, and the people on the same floor were still arguing in the middle of the night, so I had to call the front desk for help. The buffet breakfast and dinner were ok, and overall the price/performance ratio was ok.

This is the second time I stayed at the Guomao Hotel. If the first time I chose this hotel randomly, then this time I stayed here on purpose. Because I like the steamed buns at Guomao for breakfast, I came here again during this three-day holiday. The external environment of the hotel is very clean. When you arrive at the hotel entrance by car, there are waiters to help you open the car door and take the luggage. They are very polite. When checking in, the front desk waiter smiled and answered all questions. The waiters I met during my stay greeted me warmly. If you drive, you can park in front of the hotel or in the parking garage behind. There are Starbucks, McDonald's, small supermarkets, etc. at the entrance of the hotel. I recommend that you don't forget to try the big meat buns at Guomao when you have breakfast. They are really delicious. People with a small appetite can eat small meat buns. The towels in the bathroom of the hotel room are washed and disinfected, and each one is individually packaged. After a few days, they are hygienic.

Help foreign guests make reservations. The front desk staff is proficient in English communication. The guests are satisfied. Xiao Gao is also very enthusiastic and helps take guests to the room.

The room is large, very cost-effective, and the experience is good. The front desk clerk and the lobby manager are very responsible, with a good service attitude, and they answer all questions in detail. I have my own food that needs to be heated up, and the lobby manager, Mr. Lu, took the initiative to help me take it to the kitchen to heat it up. I would like to thank him very much. Next time I come to Zhangjiagang, I will definitely choose Guomao Hotel

Before checking in, I saw reviews saying that the facilities were old. Since I was only staying for one night, I chose an executive room. The room was beyond my expectations. It was large and the water for the bath was large and hot. The service of the old hotel was basically online. But there are two flaws: 1. The hotel has many banquets and meetings, and there are also many restaurants every week. There is no dedicated parking lot for hotel guests, which is not very friendly for self-driving, and it is difficult to find a parking space. 2. The hotel is adjacent to the main road, and the glass is also a single-layer old-fashioned sliding window, which is not very soundproof. Overall, the price-performance ratio is good.

The old Guomao Hotel is located in the center of Zhangjiagang City, and parking is convenient for self-driving. The business building executive rooms have excellent facilities and sanitary environment, warm service, and a rich and delicious buffet breakfast! I will stay here next time!
