Quite an old hotel. Guests are allowed to smoke in the rooms. Cigarette smell is all over the room which made our stay very uncomfortable. Nice polite staff. Chinese food only at the restaurant.

We have been here twice now and will definitely be coming back this winter. The pools are excellent and the fish pool (where they eat your feet) is surprisingly relaxing.

I came here with my children ten years ago and it was very good. I chose to come here again during the May Day holiday. It was great value, not many people, good service attitude, unlimited hot springs during the stay, and there is also a water park for children. It was fun.

The room was large, clean and tidy. Breakfast has a rich variety of Chinese and Western styles. The shuttle bus from the hotel to the hot springs is very considerate. We also received a surprise souvenir at checkout - hot and fragrant egg tarts. Pleasant hot spring trip, recommended! 

The environment is not bad. The room is quite big and clean. The service is good and responsive to all requests. The point is deducted for the air conditioner. I have to complain about this. It can only emit hot air. If the mode is adjusted to 18 degrees Celsius, it will also emit hot air. I asked the customer service and said it does not work. The solution was that in the end it was too hot and I couldn't bear it, so I had to ask the receptionist to bring two electric fans. This problem was solved perfectly.

I'm very satisfied with the room, it's big! Breakfast and dinner included! Very good value for money! There is also a fireworks show at night! The receptionist who made the lanterns had a bad attitude. Because they missed the time to make the lanterns while eating and watching the fireworks, they were not allowed to participate and the children were not allowed to go back and make them on their own! Unlike the description, hot spring residents can get a chance to make lanterns! The children are very disappointed. I hope that the hotel staff can improve the customer's stay experience and pay more attention to details. After all, it is a resort hotel. This kind of attitude is a bit disappointing.

The room is nice, and the private hot spring in the room is very convenient. Although the facilities are relatively old, the service is satisfactory. There are fruits every day. The set meal ordered is very cost-effective and the service is also good👍

The price/performance ratio is not high, the hotel is very old and the facilities are also very old. When I went there, I made sure to check out at 2pm. Customer service said check out was at 2pm. At 12 o'clock that day, we were still having lunch in the restaurant downstairs, so they called us and asked us to check out. I was clearly told to check out at 12 o'clock. I was speechless. I hurriedly ate and went back to pack my luggage. In the afternoon, prepare to go to the hot spring. The hot spring and the hotel are separate and you need to take a shuttle bus. Let's complain about the hot springs. The women's changing room smells terrible. There are only a few pools in the hot springs and the rest room is freezing cold. The lobby lounge is simply beyond words. Don't get your hopes too high or you'll be disappointed. This is the worst spa hotel I've been to. The hotel was not very clean and the sheets were already dirty before we even checked in. The toilet on the first floor of the duplex room was not cleaned.

It's an older hotel, but there are many others. We held an event during New Year's Eve and overall it was pretty good.

Overall, I felt that there were quite a lot of pools, but the free bath towels were a bit small and the bathrobes were charged. The spicy crab provided is also very good. It would be even better if you add some rice cakes. Because spicy crab is provided, we also had dinner at the hotel. The waiter recommended a set meal for us. There are 6 dishes for 128, which is really good value and taste. Very good too. The whole trip was very satisfying.

The room is average and the private bath is okay, but the overall service experience is not very good. The room fee of thousands of yuan is incomparable with the six or seven hundred yuan in three-star hotel chains! The price/performance ratio is not high, especially the breakfast, which is really bad. There are very few varieties, the place is small, and it is difficult to find a seat. It costs 68 yuan for an extra person. It is a scam. I will never go there again or give up the breakfast. Expenses are deducted, as long as private soup is enough! Only the private soup is satisfying, the others are really not worth it!
