I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie.
The location is one of the best if you plan to visit Tianmen Mountain, as the entrance is only about a 3-minute walk away.
At the same time, the city center can be reached in around 15 minutes walking, making it very convenient for sightseeing and dining.
The room was perfect: clean, comfortable, and very welcoming.
Everything was well maintained, and it was a great place to relax after a day of exploring.
What really made the difference was the staff. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. They provided useful information and assistance for organizing our excursion to Tianmen Mountain, which made the experience much easier and more enjoyable.
Overall, an excellent hotel with a fantastic location, comfortable rooms, and outstanding service. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The location is super convenient, right next to the lower station of the Tianmen Mountain cable car. There are all sorts of restaurants, supermarkets, hotels, and massage parlors nearby. The front desk service was very kind and friendly, and the hotel offers free underground parking.

The rooms are big and spacious. Very close to Tianmen Cable(1 minutes walk). Xiaoqian at the reception is super helpful.

Very clean. Quick and friendly service when asked of something. Location was good - can get pick-up service for the guided tours to Zhangjiajie park and Tianmen mountain.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Its location is excellent for visiting Tianmen Mountain, as the entrance is only a 5-minute walk away, making it very convenient.
The receptionist was very kind and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.
The only downside was the construction work taking place in the building next door, which caused some noise and disturbance at times. However, aside from that, we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel to be a great base for exploring the area.
