We had a great stay at this hotel! It’s just a few minutes drive from the entrance gate to Tianmen Mountain and the airport, making it very convenient. The owner is approachable and speaks English. Our room was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a Chinese style, and I particularly enjoyed their noodles. Although it was cloudy during our visit, I can imagine the views of the sunsets and mountains would be stunning on a clear day. Overall, a lovely place to stay!

Very clean with great staff and good attitude, Very helpful with any need we had. The location is great, outside of the city center but still very close to anything we needed or wanted to visit. Recommend a lot!

Very very very good stay! We liked the room, it’s very beautiful, stylish and cozy. The bathtub is great, the swimming pool is also sooo great after the day in the mountains. We liked the breakfast, it was Chinese cuisine but we had different options and it’s also very nice and delicious . The staff is amazing, many thanks to the hotel manager, he is very friendly and polite! We’ll definitely come back 😉☺️😇

This hotel has got a swimming pool which is a very pleasant way to relax after a long day of treck. But this is one of the less important advantage. The rooms are nice and originally furnished. The owners are just greats, very caring, ready to help. Have you ever heard owners ready to use their own vehicle to bring you to the airport ? Well they did ! I wouldn't have strong enough words to say how we appreciated the service. Thank you !

Love this little 4 floor boutique hotel. It's family run, but totally professional. It's in a gated housing community -- very close to downtown, but away from the noise. Nice deco - raw wood, stone, tasteful lighting. Boss was super friendly and helpful, speaks English, gave me rides to airport and up to TianmenShan - which is very close to the hotel. I'll be back!

Our stay was mostly for being in Zhangjiajie city and visiting the Tianmen mountain. I choose this hostel because of customer rate on the app, swimming pool and room. I took the largest room at the top floor. It was nice and spacy, but we saw the other rooms and I can tell all looks good. If I have to choose again, I might choose a cheaper one. The pool was suffering of heat and not super clean when we arrived, but the owner understood very fast and changed all the water that was very clean the next day. The attention of the owner to all our needs was very friendly, helpful and nice. And he speaks English. Breakfast is Chinese style, but the cook can adapt and serve you what you desire. The position of the hotel is not central, but in a quiet place and close access to Tianmen mountain. I still think it’s the best option in Zhangjiajie.

The room is very beautiful. The view is very open. The most important thing is that it is clean. The location is relatively quiet but it is also in the city center. Transportation and taxis are very convenient. The boss and the housekeeper are also very considerate. Next time I come to Zhangjiajie, I will definitely choose it. I will definitely come back.

The B&B environment is very comfortable, the room is very beautiful, you can see the plane while lying down, the baby likes it very much. The owner of the B&B is very kind, and the baby likes the owner uncle and aunt very much. The breakfast is also rich and varied, and it is a Chinese breakfast suitable for the physique of Chinese babies. In short, the stay is very comfortable, and I will stay in this B&B again next time I go.

This is a stand-alone B&B located in a villa area near Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area. I arrived in the early morning and was greeted by the owner and the front desk boy. The owner made special Valentine's Day decorations when I checked in. The owner pays attention to the needs of the guests, which is very good. He is very attentive. I would be very satisfied if the room hygiene could be improved! I give it 9 points out of 10. Keep it up!

This is my second stay. The lady boss and the handsome guy at the front desk are both very nice. My little one likes living here very much. He has a great time living, eating and playing!

The accommodation experience was very good. The lady boss came to pick us up at the airport and upgraded the room type! The accommodation environment is very good, with mountains behind and the fragrance of flowers and birds! The breakfast rice noodles have a lot of meat. Although it is a home-cooked breakfast, it is very warm! And it is very cheap to take a taxi to various attractions! If I come to Zhangjiajie again in the future, I will book this one again!

Our flight arrived at 10pm, and the owner drove to meet us in person. He made many good suggestions on travel routes. The homestay is very tasteful and clean, especially the breakfast tastes great and feels like home. It is completely comparable to the five-star hotels we stayed in when we returned to Suzhou, Hangzhou and Shanghai. It is highly recommended!
