Huatian Hotels in Zhangjiajie

Fantastic location, super convenient for getting around. The lobby is grand and elegant, and the front desk staff are warm and efficient. My room was spacious with a comfy bed, and the cleanliness was impeccable, not a speck of dust anywhere. The bathroom was spotless with plenty of hot water. Excellent soundproofing ensured a quiet, restful night's sleep. All the facilities were comprehensive and smart, and the Wi-Fi was stable and fast. Breakfast offered a wide variety of authentic dishes. Service was attentive and responsive, and security was top-notch, making me feel very safe. Great value for money, definitely worth returning. Five stars overall, with every detail perfect. Highly recommend!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. I especially want to commend Ms. Qu Xianlin, a server in the restaurant, for her exceptionally thoughtful and enthusiastic service. She personally brought us coffee and fruit, which I found very touching. Thank you, staff of Sunshine Hotel! The bedding was comfortable, and the room was spacious and very clean. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance.

The hotel is large and has a great ambiance, which is why we came. Everything started off well. 1. I woke up at 5:30 AM to get to Wulingyuan by 6:30 AM. Breakfast wasn't ready until 6:30 AM. It seems no matter how many guests complain, they won't open any earlier. 2. Check-out is at 2 PM. We came back from Wulingyuan at 1 PM, and arrived at the hotel at 1:25 PM, tired and desperate for a rest. But then, our key card wouldn't open the door! We had to go back and forth with the front desk to sort it out. Oh well, it was already check-out time. My child had fallen asleep on me by then. These are all hotel rules, and after all, guests are just ordinary people, not celebrities, so good service doesn't seem to matter much.
