住宿環境一般，沒有星級酒店的水準。衞生間的燈竟然是聲控的，需要不時弄出聲音，才能持續照明。早餐佈局不合理，要走很遠取餐，人多時，補餐也非常不及時。

酒店雖老，但服務很到位，打掃客房衞生的阿姨熱情積極，每天水果飲料瓶裝水補充很足，滑雪場地更不用説，配套設施服務齊全！

滑雪來這裏特別方便！酒店滑進滑出，二樓飯堂特別好吃！開到晚上10點！滑雪大廳也有很多雪具店，買東西也非常方便！

萬龍的雪道非常好，住龍宮很方便，就是要吃火鍋烤肉啥的還是要去不同的酒店。小小孩還有託管服務，小姐姐很耐心陪小朋友玩。
