Amazing hotel and location. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Rooms excellent and even better breakfast. Highly recommend.

The Holiday Inn Resort Zhangjiakou is a great hotel with only 5min walking distance from the Forlong Ski/snowboard area. We stayed in a family room with bunk bed and our kids loved it. Breakfast is very good as well with choice between Western and Asien food. If your Chinese is not so good, a few employees can speak English as well. We definitely would come again.

the service was great and the location was perfect. but the food options were limited and no room service after 10 pm. night ski ends at 9:30pm and would be great if there are midnight snack options or at least fill the minibar with some amenities or etc.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed skiing. The slopes are well prepared and easy to ski. We enjoyed CNY at the hotel and also the F&B Arrangement did meet our expectations - even though we are European. I would like to mention that the staff was very helpful - especially Hannah (Front office) and also both the F &B Manager and Housekeeping Manager made sure we were well looked after and all three spoke very good English. Thank you very much and we will visit again.

I went to Chongli during the National Day holiday and booked the Fulong Holiday Hotel. The hotel has complete facilities, clean and hygienic environment, and considerate service. It is right next to the Fulong Ski Resort, which is very convenient for going anywhere. The hotel breakfast is good, with both Chinese and Western food. Breakfast can be served in time when there are many people during the holiday. It is not far from the hotel to Taiwu Ski Town, Xueruyi National Ski Jumping Center, Cuiyun Mountain Forest Resort, and Cuiyun Mountain Yinhai Ski Resort. Fulong Holiday Hotel is worth recommending

It is 100 meters away from Fulong Ski Resort. It can be reached in one minute from the hotel on the internal road in the morning, which is very convenient. The hotel is a standard Holiday Inn level, very good. The breakfast is rich, and you can have lunch and dinner in the Chinese restaurant, which is quiet and tastes good. Very satisfied in all aspects. There is no executive lounge, so you can't drink in the evening. You can have drinks in the lobby bar. The accommodation and food are very good, suitable for family travel.

Jackson Wang Shi at the front desk was the one who checked us in at Cuiyun Mountain last year. I was deeply impressed by his enthusiasm and thoughtfulness. I didn't expect to meet him again this time. He was very kind. I found a suitable and comfortable room. Thank you. I will come to Chongli often in the future. I also have to thank the restaurant manager Chou separately. He also prepared chocolates for the children to go up the mountain. The gift was small but the sentiment was great. I originally took my parents and children to Saihanba for fun. In order to avoid being too tired, I stayed in Chongli for one night. I was deeply attracted by this place. I didn't expect the town of Fulong to be so lovely, and I didn't expect the Holiday Inn here to be of this standard. It's a very beautiful hotel, with a very grand lobby, warm and thoughtful service staff, and rooms with very high hygiene standards. A young man named Wang Cheng at the front desk not only took the initiative to introduce the hotel's facilities and the town's musical fountain, but also saw that I was with my parents and children, and kindly helped me upgrade the room so that we could be on the same floor with the elderly. If the hotels for the next few days were not booked and could not be cancelled or changed, I really wanted to stay here for a few more days.
