我住酒店從來沒有給過差評，這次衹針對前台我想説一下，其他都挺好客房的阿姨都很熱情，只是第二天把地巾收走沒有給放，房間大小不説，也挺乾淨的，主要是前台我不知道主管有沒有給培訓過呢，從我進酒店的大門沒有主動的問一聲好，辦完入住也不告訴電梯在哪還得我自己問，白金卡想讓升級一個大一點的床直接拒絕，官方渠道你價格沒有攜程便宜，自己的官方渠道都沒有攜程上便宜，那還要會員有什麼用，連最起碼的會員權益都享受不了！做服務行業的不應該是顧客至上嗎，投訴後半夜又打電話要給我升級換房，這不是折騰人嗎？第二天的兩位就挺好的，同樣是前台為什麼有差別呢
