We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed skiing. The slopes are well prepared and easy to ski. We enjoyed CNY at the hotel and also the F&B Arrangement did meet our expectations - even though we are European. I would like to mention that the staff was very helpful - especially Hannah (Front office) and also both the F &B Manager and Housekeeping Manager made sure we were well looked after and all three spoke very good English. Thank you very much and we will visit again.

We chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

Once again, I stayed at the Zhangjiakou Beichen Wuzhou Crown Hotel. I felt that the service was as good as ever. The waiter helped us deliver the luggage to the room. We asked for buckwheat skin pillows alone.
The room is spacious and bright, clean and hygienic, the bathroom is good
Facilities: Very good, shower water is large.
The hotel has convenient parking, rich breakfast, seafood barbecue in the evening, and band performances, very cost-effective.

We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered an impressive variety of dishes, including both Western and Chinese cuisines. The area surrounding the hotel boasts breathtaking views of the river, adding to the overall charm of our stay. The only thing missing is a swimming pool. The other amenities are very nice.

Spa on site with decent massage and excellent hot pool, dry sauna and barrel tubs included with our stay. My partner and I were traveling by bicycle and were able to keep the bicycles in the room with us, which was great! The bed was decently comfortable. Our only complaint was we ordered room service for dinner and the food was old or made from frozen and not very appetizing.

Because of the temperature drop, there are few people. The front desk helped to arrange a room with a bathtub. The temperature in the room is suitable. The scenery is also beautiful. The environment for breakfast is also good. The swimming pool is open in the afternoon. There are not many people. There are also two hot spring pools. The children have a lot of fun. This place is not far from many attractions and is convenient for travel. It’s just that because of the road construction, the car was not allowed to drive in, which is a bit troublesome. It is located in the core and prosperous area of Xuanhua District, opposite the Catholic Church and Xuanhua Museum, and 50 minutes away from the Muslim Chaoyang Tower Hotel (Breakfast). Chinese food is available), Chaoyang Shopping Center and Commercial Pedestrian Street are 300 to 400 meters away, and 3 ancient city towers including the Drum Tower are within about 1 kilometer. We live in Building B, which should be an old building renovated. The room size is okay, the bedding, towels, and bath towels are all new. The shower has both fixed overhead shower heads and handheld shower heads. The texture of the body wash and shampoo is also very good. good.
