We stayed 4 nights at the Runhu Hotel while we visited all the tourist attractions around Zhangye, including trips to the Gobi desert, Ping Shan Hu (Grand Canyon), the Alien Valley and other sites. The hotel - which is clean, spacious and quiet - has motivated employees who are happy to meet any request. The restaurant is actually very good with reasonable prices the buffet breakfast also was varied and of very good quality. The hotel also provides such services as nightly warm milk deliver and a foot soaking tub with epsom salts with no extra charge. The hotel also referred us to a driver with his own very nice and well kept car. He, Mr. Li, went way above and beyond what anyone could expect. He provided snacks, fruits, water and some sort of local soft drink and arranged tickets in advance where reservations were required and made sure to adapt those reservations when the weather closed one of the sites. His recommendations for local food at or near the various sites were also spot on. While the places were simple (and very inexpensive), the food was honest and good. You can bank on Mr. Li to make sure everything goes along smoothly. All you have to do is tell him what you want to see, or ask him for recommendations, and he will do the rest. In short, splendid hotel for the price with terrific service and if you need a driver, Mr. Li is your guy!

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Lived up to my expectation. From the moment we step into the hotel, everyone working for this hotel will smile at you. All the workers were really helpful and nice. The service was very good. There is a humidifier in the room which you can turn on due to the dry air. They even prepare basin for you to soak your leg during the evening. They even prepare snacks ,fruits and yogurt for you to snack in the evening. All these gestures make you feel so welcoming. Between, this hotel accept foreigners.

Great hotel ~ Everything is good except for the long wait time for dinner in the restaurant on the second floor. Originally, there was a change in the itinerary and I wanted to change the check-in date. Since it was fully booked, I couldn't change it. I decided to adjust the itinerary in order not to change hotels. . I'm very happy to have made this decision~

I booked the hotel after seeing the good reviews online. I stayed for two nights. The real experience is as follows: I called the hotel front desk before I arrived in Zhangye to ask if I could pick up the station. The front desk immediately helped me communicate and arranged a very friendly brother to pick us up on time in a seven-seater business car. As soon as he saw us, he took over our luggage. From the front desk to the breakfast waiters, everyone I met in the hotel was very professional and kind. When we returned to the hotel at night, we prepared hot water for foot bathing. The restaurant's meals were also at the ceiling level of the breakfast buffet. There were rich varieties, many local specialties, and they were very exquisite, and there were surprises. What touched me most was that my friend threw his socks on the floor. After a day of playing, he found that the socks were clean and hanging, and the pajamas and T-shirts we put on the bed were neatly folded. I took a taxi these two days, and even the drivers praised this hotel unanimously, which shows the dedication of so many years of operation. It is a small fortune to be able to live in such a thoughtful and considerate hotel when you are away from home~

We stayed another night the next day. To add, the hotel has free parking with plenty of parking spaces. There is also a foot bath bucket at night. The first night was a milk salt bath package, and the second night was a fruit salt bath package. The hotel also sent us to Zhangye West Railway Station for free. The hotel waiter and driver helped us carry our luggage. The service was really great!

The room is clean and tidy. The bathroom has alcohol cotton and disposable toilet pads, which are safe to use. There is pickled pepper water and snacks every day. It is very comfortable to soak your feet after a day of playing. There is local hot milk before going to bed. It tastes good. The TV can be projected (the lady at the front desk doesn't know it yet). There are some office supplies on the desk. This is relatively novel. There are special noodles for breakfast every day. The beef noodles are delicious. There are many choices of Western desserts, but the others are full and can only be seen.

Very good, the environment is very good, on the edge of East Street in the old city, the hotel facilities are very clean, milk, snacks and fruits are delivered every day, a wooden bucket for foot bathing is delivered every day, and a rich breakfast is provided every day.
