Hotel located not far from Zhangye south station. There are restaurants and shops in a walking distance. Check in was ok. Room is rather big but bathroom and toilet were not so clean. Most importance the wet and dry area in the bath room is not seperated. make it difficult when using. mate did not clean our room well on the second day the we stay. no refrigirator.

I asked the front desk to add a quilt, and they told me that it was not possible. There were several large stains on the carpet, holes in the sheets, and the door lock safety bolt was broken. In short, it was a shame that the price/performance ratio was low. The location was okay, and it was convenient to eat nearby.

Hygiene is so bad. Towels and bath towels are reused. You can smell the smell of sweat. Cups are too dirty.

It's just so-so, it's much better than the hotels of the same level in Turpan, Dunhuang, Wudu and Yibin. The hotel also has massage foot bath, but the problem is that the foot bath only washes the feet but not the body.

There was 💩 on the carpet in room 6088. I don’t know if it was from people or pets. There was a strong smell as soon as I entered the room. I changed to a standard room that night and the check-in experience was very poor. In the end, I only got a refund of dozens of dollars. The price difference makes me speechless.

The breakfast was terrible. The staple food was only steamed buns and millet porridge. Then there were five or six kinds of stir-fried dishes, but no fried rice. How to match them? There was no fruit left after 8 o'clock. I asked the kitchen staff and they said they had no more.

The fresh air and hot water coil cannot reach the normal operating temperature, causing the indoor temperature to be too low. I had to sit on it with one hand, and then the toilet seat fell on the person's back. I asked the waiter to change rooms. The waiter did not confirm whether there was a room. Instead, he kept lobbying me not to change, saying that I had a lot of luggage and it would be troublesome to change. Then there was a hole in the quilt, so I asked to change the quilt. I didn't think too much at first, I just let the waiter know and don't accuse me of breaking it when I checked out. The waiter told me that it was damaged by machine washing and not gnawed by mice. Yes, I am extremely speechless. Later I found out that the window couldn't be closed, so I had to go downstairs to find some tape, stick the toilet seat and the window shut. Also, a maintenance man was called to repair the toilet. As a result, the maintenance man went up and started working violently, and the toilet seat couldn't stand still. However, before the maintenance man walked out of the door, the toilet seat fell down automatically! The maintenance man said harshly, "That's it." I was really distressed and endured the whole night.
