Zhangzhou Yuanshan Fliport Hotel Reviews

The hotel was great, we had a very nice stay there. The location and facilities were perfect. The frontline staff (Eddie) was really helpful, he gave us an upgrade to a family room with bigger beds, so we could have a more comfortable stay in this city. The other staff were also very nice. Tim 高佳圳 helped us to book cars when we checked out and move to Xiamen, also helped us to take care of our belongings. And Ms Zhou 周珍珍 was very nice, she helped us with our hotel reservation in Xiamen. Overall, a really pleasant stay and memories in Zhangzhou, thanks to this hotel!

Came during winter season, the temperature went down to 5C during our stay. The spa is awesome to rejuvenate our previous trip to Tu Lou

Overall is excellent. The staff is very nice and they allow me for late check out as they know my flight is late. The best thing here is a lot of attractions are only surround the hotel. Will come again.😄

The hot spring park is spacious but the room is relatively small for two people.

Every thing was good , clean , Room is big and more important than everything staff ver kindly , also one of staff with name of Clark was very kindly and got order McDonald for us , thanks to Clark .

Whitney Huang in the hotel restaurant is a great service provider, she introduced to me to a lot of local delicacies. Just wish I have a bigger stomach. Good Job!

Hotel authorities been made late checkin due to their some internal reasons of earlier guest not checked out . Finally after long awaiting around 16:30

I felt very good service from the front desk. The room was spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. The river view room had a nice view and free afternoon tea. There were many breakfast varieties with local characteristics. Huang Huimin, the waiter in the breakfast department, was very considerate. The lunch buffet on the first floor of the hotel was great value.

The hot spring environment is good and the air is fresh. Wenquan Suzhen has a good service attitude and thoughtful service. The hot spring is very comfortable. The water park is fun and fun.
