服務細節不錯，我們兩夫妻長者家入住，客房服務員各項細節做的特別到位。有不懂的，問她們都很熱情，酒店住的舒服。就是吃飯到附近的一家餐館，老闆不厚道，又貴又不好吃。

大廳服務人員真的是非常熱情主動給我拿行李還可以免費寄存行李，海邊這個季節還能穿短袖，漳州港這邊環境好，氣候宜人，是一個適合退休生活的好地方，客房阿姨的服務也是出乎我的意料非常好打掃的非常仔細 真的超級棒過幾天會再次回來入住的，點贊哦點贊哦

第一次住這家，體驗感非常好。辦理入住的時候還給升級了套房，房間寬敞舒適，房間配送了歡迎水果，乾淨衞生。酒店早餐也挺豐富，吃的很滿意。退房的時候，前台還送了小禮品，服務態度非常好。

已經入住好幾次，周邊沒有特別好的酒店，裝修時間雖説有些長點但是比較乾淨，而且服務人員特別熱情，總體來説還是不錯的酒店。

住的超級滿意，酒店附近什麼吃的都非常方便，到前台詢問周邊美食，沒想到前台丁經理直接給我打印出一整頁關於周邊的美食，距酒店多遠，營業時間，就連人均消費標準都註明了，為我這外地客人提供了不少便捷。
