The service is warm and thoughtful. The hotel management is great. The service is very good and really considerate. It was my first time to stay in this hotel. I was hesitant and didn’t know the distribution of hotel room types. I asked customer service online. The customer service responded quickly and helped us move to a higher floor. When I checked in, there were many people queuing up at the front desk. The waiter handled the check-in quickly and patiently. The room arranged was also very good, very quiet, large, and clean. There is a small refrigerator in the room that can be used, and a bathtub in the bathroom. The hotel provides disposable bathtub covers. You can just call the waiter to get it, and you can also send things. Soon, the waiter who delivered the things was also very polite. Since there were two of us staying, he ordered 2 more bottles of mineral water, which were also free. When we came back in the evening, the waiter had already helped us tidy up the room and brought cookies and milk, which was very considerate. There are also many types of breakfast, including the Minnan noodle paste, which is hot and delicious. Both Chinese and Western breakfast are available. It is particularly worth mentioning that staying in this hotel feels very safe. We carelessly forgot to lock the car when parking. The front desk called us in the evening and said that the hotel security patrol found that we did not lock the car and reminded us to go and lock it. . I will stay here next time! ! !

The hotel was great, we had a very nice stay there. The location and facilities were perfect. The frontline staff (Eddie) was really helpful, he gave us an upgrade to a family room with bigger beds, so we could have a more comfortable stay in this city. The other staff were also very nice. Tim 高佳圳 helped us to book cars when we checked out and move to Xiamen, also helped us to take care of our belongings. And Ms Zhou 周珍珍 was very nice, she helped us with our hotel reservation in Xiamen. Overall, a really pleasant stay and memories in Zhangzhou, thanks to this hotel!

I had a good experience staying at this hotel on a business trip this time. It is also convenient for travel and there are many places to visit around, close to Wanda and Bihu Park. Jake at the front desk enthusiastically helped arrange the room. I am very satisfied with it. If I come to Zhangzhou again next time, I will stay here again.

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

It’s so intimate. 🥰 Also presented a drink coupon to go to the reception desk to consume, there are battery cars everywhere to pick up and drop off Personally feel that the hot springs may be relatively small in variety. The Chinese medicine petals and ordinary springs are all poor in the water temperature. Others are no different. It is recommended to increase the variety such as pressure-relieving springs, milk springs, etc. There is not much to eat nearby. You can call for takeaway. We ordered 200 yuan from our hometown. The taste is quite good! Fast It is worth mentioning that breakfast is a rich variety of buffet breakfasts and the environment is good. It is in front of the hot spring mansion. Overall, the experience is not bad, especially suitable for relaxing!

I felt pretty good the last time I came here, but this time I was arranged to stay in Tianbao Building, and the facilities were so perfunctory that I was speechless. 1. I booked a business king-size bed room, but the bed turned out to be two single beds put together, with an obvious gap in the middle, and they treated customers like **; 2. There was no desk in the business room, and I wanted to write some materials; 3. The only socket in the toilet was unusable, and the water flosser was useless; 4. If you want to watch TV while sitting on the bed, you probably need a telescope, and the TV is not facing the bed; 5. The sound insulation is poor, and the sound of the drunk vomiting next door can be clearly heard; 6. Even the bedside lamp is broken. What is more gratifying is that it is at least clean and tidy, and the attitude of the service staff is also OK, but the room is like a lottery, speechless

The room was bright and comfortable, the bed was very comfortable and soft, and the facilities were all available. The staff is warm and courteous, I really feel that this is a good hotel that is trustworthy!

Zhangzhou Xiangjiang Hotel is in a prime location, very close to the ancient city, and it is very convenient to walk to the ancient city every day. The hotel was completed only last year, with five-star facilities, large rooms, comfortable bedding, no odor, quiet rooms, low room rates, and high cost performance. There are all kinds of food near the hotel and the ancient city, such as Afen braised noodles across the road from the hotel, Zhenzhoudao, Chen Donghua tofu pudding, Yuanquan Songyue shengtang, Pianzaihuang sugarcane juice outside the Confucius Temple, Sun's glutinous rice cake on Qingnian Road, pine dried noodles, Xiaohong four-fruit soup, etc. There are so many delicious foods that I feel that ten stomachs are not enough. Next time I come to Zhangzhou, I will choose Xiangjiang Hotel again.

The design of the entire park and the room can be seen very carefully. I moved the five-star hotel to the village, backed by green mountains and flowers, facing the high-speed rail, very comfortable. There is a library, a gym, a meditation room, calligraphy room, and an indoor hot spring. The manager and staff of Xiao Song are very attentive, full of smiles, and a little problem is solved immediately.

Fantastic hotel for seeing the Tulous in Fujian. Pricey, but worth it. Very charming with fantastic rooms. Just the walk along the stream to the hotel is an experience on its own. The little stream running past the hotel made it very peaceful. All inclusive (except for lunch) package designed for people to go explore the Tulous during the day, food was delicious in a great restaurant over looking the stream. The restaurant is semi open and the hotel was very attentive with insect repellent incense underneath the dining tables and insect repellent readily available for guests. At night the hotel took us up the river (15min walk) to go see fireflies at a spot over a bridge, amazing experience. They also set up a tent near just next to the bridge with drinks and cut fresh fruit available. The hotel is the epitome of what modern China should be like. It perfectly blends the old (restored old buildings) into new modern, tasteful functional buildings. Staff were attentive, quick to respond. Highly recommend.
