I happened to come across a newly opened hotel, and I was also happy about the new store. As soon as you enter the interior, you can see that the decoration is very high-end, and all cups and disposable items are customized, with the hotel's logo on them, which can be said to be very thoughtful. The location is super good. You can go downstairs to the entrance of Zhangzhou Ancient City. You can see the night view of the city directly from the room. The key point is that the price is not expensive. I really recommend it👍

The view is very good, and you can see the ancient city environment at a glance when you open the window. Especially in the evening, order a drink and sit in the cool breeze, and your mood will naturally be very comfortable. I saw this hotel online and thought it was very good, so I booked it. The location is super good, just next to the ancient city, just a short walk away, and the bus stop is also next to it, so it's easy to find. After checking in, I felt very good when I entered the room. It was clean and hygienic overall. The facilities and equipment are also very good, very new and not old. Both the front desk and the room aunt are very patient and have a good service attitude. Recently, I saw that Zhangzhou Ancient City is very popular, so I came here to play when I have time. It's so lively hahaha. Overall, I am very satisfied and will book it next time I come! !

The hotel was great, we had a very nice stay there. The location and facilities were perfect. The frontline staff (Eddie) was really helpful, he gave us an upgrade to a family room with bigger beds, so we could have a more comfortable stay in this city.
The other staff were also very nice. Tim 高佳圳 helped us to book cars when we checked out and move to Xiamen, also helped us to take care of our belongings. And Ms Zhou 周珍珍 was very nice, she helped us with our hotel reservation in Xiamen.
Overall, a really pleasant stay and memories in Zhangzhou, thanks to this hotel!

I have stayed in few Crowne Plaza hotels before and I noticed there are always mega construction projects beside the hotel. Pray that guest won’t be impacted by the loud construction noise in the morning.
This hotel is well furnished but it is getting OLD and the nearest mall or small restaurants eateries are FAR away.

The second time I came to live in Yuyuan, the experience was not as good as last time.

The hotel is indeed ok. Parking is convenient and breakfast is OK. Very recommended. Responsive, even small to a band-aid and a nail clipper, whether it is the front desk or the security guard. If you have the opportunity to go to Zhangzhou again, you will choose this Vienna without hesitation. Even if it is half an hour away from the city of Zhangzhou , it is worth it.

AAnonymous UserTransportation: It is very close to the sea. It takes less than ten minutes to ride the Jinluwan Beach. The best place to watch the sunrise on Dongshan Island's net red mirror beach (seafood stalls and snack streets everywhere), and it takes ten minutes to ride the Nanyu Lighthouse in Nanling Bay.
Room: The old house is remodeled while retaining the simple atmosphere of the house, especially this tile roof, which unconsciously relaxes. At night, lie on your own terrace chair to watch the starry sky, breathe with 100 points of oxygen 👍👍👍
Every detail of the house is very careful, there are commonly used slippers and disposable slippers, there is a desk, and free hanging ear coffee, mineral water and tea. The shower gel shampoo is still very good, and a faint fragrance is very comfortable when you enter the door. The bedding is also very comfortable, with a high and low pillow.
There is a swimming pool on the first floor to soak in water, and the children are particularly happy to play in the water. There is also breakfast, proper local characteristics. In the evening, drink a little wine under two hundred-year-old banyan trees, don't be too perfect.

The service staff’s attitude is truly amazing and helpful especially the front desk who is very accommodating to our requests, restaurant staffs were very attentive and friendly, great food, not so expensive and the room is very clean, nice & tidy. There is also a park area in front of the hotel. This place is overlooking Zhangzhou and the other side is Xiamen. During the night time, we stayed at the terrace, drink some wine while staring at the beautiful view. Unfortunately, we’ve missed the sunset as it’s too late when we come back to the hotel. We also wake up very early and watch the beautiful sunrise in the morning at the back of the hotel. Also, there are free drinks available in the room and we got sweet soup and fresh fruits available after we come back from our tour. This is a good place to stay, far away from hustle and bustle of the city. It's 4 km to the famous Ten Miles Blue Mountain and it’s overlooking from the hotel. The hotel even sent us to this place by their service van and offered to pick us up back to the hotel which is well appreciated. After we check out, we thought it's easy to get a Didi but ended the hotel offered their service van again to bring us down the mountain to get Didi easily. It’s better to have your own car for your own convenience travelling around this area. We can’t say enough good things about moonlight resort and will surely give them two thumbs up for their amazing service, it was all so great stay! Definitely this hotel is highly recommended, we booked 2 rooms Elegant & Privilege Queen Room it's worth the trip. We hope to come back again next time.

The store owner is very welcoming and gave me a free upgrade to a duplex room, which is very comfortable and convenient. The breakfast is delicious, and afternoon tea and evening fruit are also provided. The service is very considerate. The bedding is clean and comfortable. You can also park at the door. Very pretty, clean, modern interior and nice smelling room. Fruits, drinks and yoghurt are complimentary in every room. Within the room, it is spacious! They even offer us washing machine (equipped with detergent) in every room so we may wash our laundry. Exterior has been nicely designed too. Love the deco around the common area like the reading corner, tea table.
Breakfast is quite good though it’s the same for both days we were there. Manager nicely upgraded one of our room as it was off peak season. Found out they have another branch in Yun Shi Yao. Perhaps can consider staying there and this for 2 different nights to experience different locations with hopefully similar level of standards.

GGuest UserI heard from other tourists that there are four dishes, one soup and five earth buildings. The last one we stayed in is oval-shaped, and it is the only oval-shaped one in the world.
It's a bit difficult to walk down from the upper observation deck. When we went there, we took the bus and had to carry our luggage there. We were exhausted, but as soon as we arrived, the enthusiastic boss invited us to drink tea and had a meal directly at the boss's house. It was delicious! Then he enthusiastically told us how to play, which immediately dissipated the fatigue.
In the evening, the boss even helped us book a ride for the next day and told us the best way to go. The boss's son is also very warm-hearted. and! Tell us that this earth building is the only one with a separate toilet! I even took a shower at night while staying in the tulou, it was so comfortable😌The boss helped us contact a car in the morning to take us out, and finally confirmed our arrival only to find out that we hadn't paid for the previous day's meal. Never urged! 😭Moved. I really recommend this accommodation👍The accommodation in Tulou itself has limitations, but the service here is really good!

MManchaleiyaerliujinQingpu is really great! The Ctrip package does not include cultural activities, which is suitable for us who like to play by ourselves. The hotel was rebuilt on the basis of a century-old earth building, and the old is restored as it was. The room is antique and the toiletries are very high-end. The hotel is very quiet, which allows people to calm down and relax. The breakfast and dinner included in the package are very delicious, light in taste, and focus on health. The specially blended lychee rose water is very delicious. In terms of service, we called one day in advance to communicate how to arrive at the hotel, explained how to get the tickets for the scenic spot, and sent welcome drinks as soon as we arrived. Welcome fruits were placed in the room, which was very considerate. The whole check-in process was a kind of enjoyment. The only thing that needs to be improved is that the restaurant needs to repel mosquitoes more.

SScarletTheWandererWe had a great stay here and would highly recommend staying here again. The rooms were clean and really quiet. The beds were comfy and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast is tasty traditional Congi with pickled veg and salty nuts. They welcomed us with hot tea every day which was a nice touch. Because it’s an old building there wasn’t a lot of light in the room but it didn’t bother us. The location was amazing, it’s right in small village where the famous Tianloukeng Tulou Cluster is. It’s a 2 mins walk straight to each Tulou from here and the balcony was really nice to sit and enjoy dinner with incredible views of the Tulous and the surrounding mountains. It’s also a 2 min walk to the entrance of the walk up to the Viewing Platform for a great aerial view of the cluster. We had delicious dinner here each night, the bamboo was lovely, as were the tofu and eggplant dishes. The air is so fresh! Would recommend pre-booking a driver, as transportation to and from the park is a little tricky if you are not self-driving. The staff were so friendly and helped us get to town and back for a low fee. We caught a bus down to the next scenic spot and had an incredible walk back through villages and nature on our way through the rice fields to get back. We stayed two nights and loved it.

The hotel's hardware facilities are almost, the USB charging interface is not available, the sink drain connection is not closed, and the hand water comes out, making the sewage overflow, and the shower room is very inconvenient without putting things.
The decoration of the hotel is not much for a long time. The key is management. There are a lot of dirt on the tiles on the bathroom wall. I can wipe it clean with wet paper towels. No one pays attention to this. So the key is whether the management staff really pays attention to it.
I found a squat, it is estimated that the sewer is coming.

FFranscios MichaelI have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below.
1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room.
2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me.
3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant.
4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people.
5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities.

The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.
