I came to Jiaomei with my best friends and stayed in this hotel. The room was very clean, surrounded by mountains and rivers, and the air was very good. The best place to watch the sunrise on Dongshan Island's net red mirror beach (seafood stalls and snack streets everywhere), and it takes ten minutes to ride the Nanyu Lighthouse in Nanling Bay.

The service staffâs attitude is truly amazing and helpful especially the front desk who is very accommodating to our requests, restaurant staffs were very attentive and friendly, great food, not so expensive and the room is very clean, nice & tidy. There is also a park area in front of the hotel. This place is overlooking Zhangzhou and the other side is Xiamen. During the night time, we stayed at the terrace, drink some wine while staring at the beautiful view. Unfortunately, weâve missed the sunset as itâs too late when we come back to the hotel. We also wake up very early and watch the beautiful sunrise in the morning at the back of the hotel. Also, there are free drinks available in the room and we got sweet soup and fresh fruits available after we come back from our tour. This is a good place to stay, far away from hustle and bustle of the city. It's 4 km to the famous Ten Miles Blue Mountain and itâs overlooking from the hotel. The hotel even sent us to this place by their service van and offered to pick us up back to the hotel which is well appreciated. After we check out, we thought it's easy to get a Didi but ended the hotel offered their service van again to bring us down the mountain to get Didi easily. Itâs better to have your own car for your own convenience travelling around this area. We canât say enough good things about moonlight resort and will surely give them two thumbs up for their amazing service, it was all so great stay! Definitely this hotel is highly recommended, we booked 2 rooms Elegant & Privilege Queen Room it's worth the trip. We hope to come back again next time.

It's a bit difficult to walk down from the upper observation deck. When we went there, we took the bus and had to carry our luggage there. We were exhausted, but as soon as we arrived, the enthusiastic boss invited us to drink tea and had a meal directly at the boss's house. It was delicious! The hotel was rebuilt on the basis of a century-old earth building, and the old is restored as it was. The room is antique and the toiletries are very high-end. The hotel is very quiet, which allows people to calm down and relax. The breakfast and dinner included in the package are very delicious, light in taste, and focus on health. The specially blended lychee rose water is very delicious. In terms of service, we called one day in advance to communicate how to arrive at the hotel, explained how to get the tickets for the scenic spot, and sent welcome drinks as soon as we arrived. Welcome fruits were placed in the room, which was very considerate. The whole check-in process was a kind of enjoyment. Very pretty, clean, modern interior and nice smelling room. Fruits, drinks and yoghurt are complimentary in every room. Within the room, it is spacious! They even offer us washing machine (equipped with detergent) in every room so we may wash our laundry. Exterior has been nicely designed too. Love the deco around the common area like the reading corner, tea table.
Breakfast is quite good though itâs the same for both days we were there. Manager nicely upgraded one of our room as it was off peak season. Found out they have another branch in Yun Shi Yao. Perhaps can consider staying there and this for 2 different nights to experience different locations with hopefully similar level of standards.

GGuest UserWhat an amazing experience to live in the âchopsticksâ buildings of the four dishes and one soup! This was a small and beautiful village and the family who ran the inn helped us carry our luggage up to the inn and later down to the inn. When we arrived they cooked a dinner which was reasonable in price based on a local menu. And then during dinner, they told us that one of the family members will be running a free tour of the Tulous of four dishes one soup for us in which they explained the history of the building of the tulous, especially the oval shaped tulou. Our guide was very funny with his stories (he spoke in Chinese) and it was a lovely time seeing the artists and candy makers in the Tulous. I would highly recommend this place. We did have to bring our own towels (or at least we brought our own and they didnât supply one), so maybe best to check.

FFranscios MichaelI have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below.
1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room.
2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me.
3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant.
4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people.
5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities.

The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

The hotel's hardware facilities are almost, the USB charging interface is not available, the sink drain connection is not closed, and the hand water comes out, making the sewage overflow, and the shower room is very inconvenient without putting things.
The decoration of the hotel is not much for a long time. The key is management. There are a lot of dirt on the tiles on the bathroom wall. I can wipe it clean with wet paper towels. No one pays attention to this. So the key is whether the management staff really pays attention to it.
I found a squat, it is estimated that the sewer is coming.
