Good quality hotel at a nice location Maybe a short choice on the breakfast side

Nice location and very easy aaccess to the beach. The city is boring though with no night life.

Everything at the Sheraton was perfect. Great location, delicious food choices from the buffet, friendly staff and a clean, spacious room.

We have stayed at Sheraton for one night as a family with young children. The breakfast has lots of choice and very very yummy! Both Western and Chinese dishes. We had dinner at the same restaurant, all was very good! The service was really good, comparing to Sheraton Haitang Bay in Sanya (where we didn't have good experience at all). Hotel staff takes exceptional care of hotel guests. The only thing to improve is the kids playroom which is very much small and needs some maintenance. We will definitely come back.

Room not too clean for 5 star hotel standard, there is some hair left in bathub probably from previous guests, tea cups not changing after we use for the first night, and the toiletries they gave inside the room is super basic for 5 star hotel standard only have BATH FOAM, DENTAL BRUSH, SHAMPOO and CONDITIONER, which is unbelievable for this standard of hotel. But the personnel/customer service attitude is good except the food server in the FEAST RESTAURANT which is behaving like we are begging for food and sometimes just reply us with this word “FINISH, NO FOOD”when we ask them to serve the food, such a pity. Hey we do not get the food for free, we paid it, the server need to learn how to treat customer better.

Environment: This is really nothing to say! One of the best locations, I have stayed in two rooms by the sea, both facing the sea, and you can see the cruise ship over here! This is a photo taken during the National Day, the sea outside is very beautiful! There is a beach downstairs, enough for walking the baby. The beach at night is very lively! It's fun! Service: The service is OK! Helped to upgrade the room, so you can see the unbeatable sea view! Children's service is also in place, the buffet is quite rich and convenient There is a swimming pool and a children's playground here, which is the first choice for bringing children here

There were many people during the National Day holiday, but the hotel was well arranged. The hotel is next to Jinsha Bay and it is very lively at night. I booked a night on the 2nd and wanted to change to another hotel on the 3rd. In the end, I decisively continued to choose Sheraton, and later helped to upgrade the room type. It was great

The room was very clean and hygienic. I have very high requirements for hygiene. The environment of Sheraton deserves my praise. The service was in place, polite and attentive. The buffet was rich in variety and I had a great time eating. I will stay here again next time.

My husband and I went on a day trip. The environment and sanitation were very good. The room was warm, large and high-end. The bathroom had a sea view. It was a standard for traveling, eating well, staying well and sleeping well. Unfortunately, I didn't eat the seafood buffet because I didn't make a reservation in advance and there was no space.
