very good and nice location super clean room

Very dissappointed with check in staff in terms of their attitude and local knowledge. Have spelled out before arrive hotel and upon arrival that we require non smoking room due to allergic. But yet the check in staff told us if we can accept 27th floor “smoking room”. We ended up have to wait at reception area for housekeeping to clean up a non smoking room for us. At the hotel lobby, we asked the concierge staff if they can ring up a taxi for us and the reply is “NO”. The comments we saw online before we arrive the hotel is very much contradict to the actual situation. Hence we decided to move to Hilton Hotel nearby in which we received warm welcome. The staffs at Hilton Hotel is polite and knowledgeable and very patience explaining to us places of interest in Zhanjiang. Will definitely recommend Hilton Hotel which is also cheaper in price and the rooms are well decorated and clean.

The LN garden hotel Zhanjiang is absolutely outstanding. I can not fault it in any way. The hotel itself is just superb and added to the friendliness and efficiency of the staff make the experience one to remember. The food was very nice with a huge variety of dishes. I actually made a mistake with my room choice when booking but this was quickly and courteously altered to my liking. Thank you to the manager and team that sorted this for me. If you do visit LN garden hotel do try to have a panoramic sea view room. This room was the icing on the cake, on the 29th floor the views were amazing. This is now my favorite hotel in Zhanjiang by a long way.

Service was great, except no direct room delivery, food was not as good as I expected, considering the price, options were few. Gym is not 24 hour and requires sign in. Room was excellent.

This hotel is really conveniently located and right at the beach front. Check in had been excellent and swift. Room is spacious and neat and tidy.

When we checked in, the room we booked was not cleaned properly, so the front desk upgraded us to a deluxe sea view room for free. The hotel is downstairs from the Vientiane Jinshawan Shopping Plaza, and next to it is the Liyue Xintian Store. Just across the street is the beach bathing beach, which has performances during the day and light shows at night. The room facilities are all available, but the TV network is so bad that it is always pixelated. You have to press the main power button again to start it up, and then you can see the picture quality which is worse than that of the average mid-range hotel. I am generally satisfied with the Garden Hotel I stayed at during this visit to Zhanjiang. The main reason is that the environment is good and the location is good. It is opposite the beach, which is very lively and comfortable. The service attitude of the front desk staff is also very good. They are smiling all the time. There is no lobby bar! Our high-speed train is at 3 pm, and the hotel delayed our check-out to 1 pm. We wanted to go to the lobby bar to order coffee while waiting, but we were told that there was no lobby bar. If we want to have afternoon tea, we have to go to the executive lounge to order a set meal. We just finished our meal, and if we order another set meal, we can't finish it at all... So we sat on the sofa in front of the front desk for an hour and a half...

The hotel is in a great location, just across the road is the beach. The hardware and service are very good. The morning tea at Taoyuan Pavilion on the third floor was great, and the buffet dinner on the first floor was also very cost-effective. When checking out today, it was raining heavily outside, and many people were sitting in the lobby to avoid the rain. There were no empty seats on the sofas. Because the flight was approaching the evening and we had to wait for two hours before going to the airport, I asked for help from a gentleman at the front desk to help contact the executive lounge so that we could sit down first, which was very good. In short, if I come to Zhanjiang next time, I will still choose Garden Hotel.
