陽台湖景很漂亮，如果加兩把户外椅或休閑椅會更加分，白瞎了那麼大的湖景陽台，但是要受得了晚上十點之前湖邊廣場舞大媽的轟炸。房間隔音不好，半夜2點隔壁住客的電視聲和笑聲把我吵醒了。床墊很舒服不軟不硬。

房間很乾凈，升級了親子房，睡起來很舒服。房間沒有mini吧，浴室乾濕分離。整體不錯

第一次碰到體驗感這麼差的酒店，下午4點多辦理入住，居然説房間還沒打掃還要等。毫無歉意，一直推卸國慶期間人多，客房打掃不過來。人員不夠你倒是房間少賣一些，並且還是提前預訂的訂單。快5點了才辦理入住。酒店隔應效果非常差，隔壁房間講話的聲音都聽的到。第二天，天一亮樓下公園的大爺大媽唱歌團，已經超高分貝開始唱歌了！差評差評！！

房間寬敞乾淨，設備齊全。前台服務態度很好，事先沒注意到大床房才有湖景，前台很貼心地幫忙免費升級換了湖景房，景色很棒，適合喝茶聊天。

新的酒店，設施條件還不錯，旁邊就是公園。房間內衞生要加強，電話都是粉塵，不敢貼耳用。大堂辦理入住的服務急需改進，不知道是系統不行，還是服務員不專業，客人稍微多一點就忙不過來，一直説稍等稍等，結果等了一個小時才辦好。給人的第一印象就很不好，也影響了後面的體驗。
