這是一座有文化底藴的老宅，或者説它本身就是文物！建於明末清初，三進院，名為聖旨府，因為這家人祖上受到光緒皇帝親自頒佈聖旨進行嘉獎，很喜歡這房子的底藴，太有厚重的歷史積澱感！酒店位於黃姚古鎮的核心地帶，一分鐘走到帶龍橋，去哪兒都方便！酒店服務很好，有電動行李車接送行李，老闆還會熱情細心地介紹如何停車和遊玩等，總之感覺很貼心，服務到位。房間衞生和設施也沒問題，很乾凈，適合親子出遊！

2019年路過被酒店前廳景色吸引駐足，5年後有緣入住，很用心打理的優秀精品民宿酒店👍當天預訂後老闆立即電話聯繫告知停車門票等事項，提前在停車點等我們到後幫忙把行李拉到酒店，服務一流。酒店位置優越方便，靠近古鎮核心區域和停車場，作為歷史建築，酒店本身就是獨特的風景和體驗，有個高空後院品茶觀古城影，設施維護細緻衞生舒適，床品潔凈舒服，隔音優秀，休息得很好。老闆和老闆媽媽是文化人，十分用心打理酒店和服務客人，入住體驗滿分，謝謝阿姨姐姐的招待！
p.s.寵物友好十萬個贊！寵主也要維護好清潔和環境🐶🐶

非常愉快的一次住宿經歷！
入住前看好評眾多就抱了一些期待，沒想到真實的體驗竟仍超出預期。院落是從前的古宅留存下來的，保存修繕得非常好也非常完善，推開木門就能感受到濃厚的歷史底藴，房間擺放的書籍裏也記述了這座院落獨特的故事，不論是從院落佈局還是房間佈置，對於喜歡中式風格的人羣無疑是最佳選擇。再從衞生方面來看，各種細節都打理得非常細緻，衞生間的乾濕分離，鏡面和水龍頭沒有留下任何指紋，床品上沒有發現任何污漬，細細觀察後給本就舒適的入住體驗更添一份驚喜。葛姐和法拉也如傳聞中非常和善且熱情，從談吐與她們對民宿的用心也足以見得她們的格調和獨特的品位，入夜後與葛姐共同品茶交流中，聽到了很多有意思的故事，也通過不同的視角瞭解到一些平日興許學不到的東西，而這或許正是旅行的意義。
非常可惜房間太過舒適且天氣炎熱，相冊裏衹有我和這座府邸的合照，未能為它單獨留下一些照片留念，不過其他的評論裏給出的圖片或許已經足夠讓人印象深刻。
總之，非常推薦！！！ ！！！（ ˶'ᵕ'˶）

太棒的一個酒店，剛入住還以為是個景點，三進出的宅子，院子後的天台在古樹下可以看到夕陽和鎮內的景色，老闆是一對母女，審美沒得説，整個酒店風格全中式全實木傢俱，乾淨，沒一點異味，服務很貼心 女兒接送，貼心告知鎮內遊玩路線，特色飲食，媽媽是一位優雅知性的女性，品味極佳，衹有去了才能感受
