停車方便，訂了複式，房間停大挺敞亮，在公園裡，很安靜，辦理入住時聽到有打麻將的聲音，讓前台專門安排了安靜的房間，早餐可以送到房間，不算驚艷但該有的都有。説説不足吧，從書院進來，畫展門口擺的藝術家酒店入口的牌子跟酒店本身名字不統一，導致我們在樓外面轉了很久。房間窗户關不上，位置又高。空調小，當天降温了，空調帶不動複式的温度。洗手間淋浴間中間無隔斷，洗個澡再進去上廁所鞋會濕，熱水要放很久才能熱，居然讓我悟到個小技巧，淋浴和台盆都打開熱水，會快很多且可以一直持續熱，如果關掉台盆衹放淋浴就不夠熱。

環境還可以，首選沒有電梯，搬行李到三樓，洗澡水是温的，問老闆老闆説一直放，放了十分鐘還是温水，再就是早餐真的震驚，要不你就別含早，含早給的是這麼個早餐，當時就笑了

房間衞生非常不錯，酒店服務也很不錯，早餐是送到房間裏太好了。出門就是公園，溜達很方便，下次還會帶朋友來住

昭通唯一一家複式樓酒店，拍照打卡也很好看，還在一個四合院裏面，出門就是公園，真的很推薦
