房間訂的是無煙27平米（204元），到酒店進房間煙味很大，換了一個小一些的，我們也就同意了。可是，屋裡有些熱，不知道沒有空調，第一天晚上，開開就29度，認為可能剛開始，第二天到30度了，當時認為過渡，沒在意，下午變成31度了，身上出汗了，找前台，告知沒有空調。説給你們換一個大床房（170元），沒有換，談成房間80%結賬，去結賬，卻變了，衹給一天的80%，第一天你沒説就不管。另外這個酒店第一天14點以後入住，第二天12點結賬，按22小時算一天，太可笑了。第二天12點必須結賬。

入住幾天，沒有看見過前台服務人員有過笑容！客人經過，有時連頭也沒抬過。這幾年出門在外旅遊，最差的一次體驗！也不知道酒店平時是如何培訓員工的？笑容，是服務人員，尤其是酒店前台員工最基本的環節。真的弄不明白？望酒店給個答案！但不希望是例行式的回覆！期待！
