The room is really nice and the location is very good. Walking distance to railway station also to the business district. What I amazed is how helpful the reception staff is. I sent a package from another city and somehow it there was a mistake from the courier and it wasn’t arrived in this hotel on time. The reception help me to call the courier for more than 30 minutes because i couldn’t speak Chinese and I don’t have Chinese number as well.

Check-in process was really ways the desk staff actually spoke good English which surprised me . Room was absolutely tiny bit I can't complain for the price. The location is pretty central and very close to the train station. Biggest issue is that it's quite noisy in the corridors because the room walls are very thin. Although I would still stay in this hotel again depsite that .

I will experience it next time if I have the chance Hygiene: The room was cleaned in a timely manner, very clean, and the service was very good. The child caught a cold during this stay and drank more hot water. Every time the water was delivered to the room, it was very timely, especially praised. The child was very happy!

the rooms are very nice, spacious and clean. the service is also very good. located in a strategic area, there are several mini markets under the building. there are several food stalls and from afternoon to evening there is street food too.. the boss is also very friendly and helped me a lot. Wonderful hotel with passionate and friendly staff. Special thanks to the staff who helped throughout my stay are Antoine, Jasmine , Miaomiao and Amanda. The restaurant is also stupendous, food is delicious and can accomodate all my culinary needs and thanks to Roger and Antoine. I always stay in sofitel when I visit Zhengzhou. I will stay same hotel again when next time.

The cleanest and warmest youth hostel in Zhengzhou. The boss pays more attention to the hygiene of the room. He cleans the whole house every day. Even the bathroom has no peculiar smell. The ventilation and lighting of each room is good on the whole. Convenient location near the railway station. In general, the conditions are very good, especially liked the European breakfast with a huge selection of dishes and excellent coffee. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool at the morning. It was especially pleasant that fruit was waiting for us in the room, and when we left, we were given a gift from the hotel - a nice figure of the shaolin monk. The only wish is to add an additional set of shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner to the bathroom, because when you take the bathroom, then you want to wash immediately, rather than run to the shower. The staff is polite and speaks English.

The hotel lobby and other things are quite new. The rooms are average. They don't feel new. The executive rooms have massage chairs and bicycles. They are quite good. The breakfast is not bad. The waiters are very nice. In the middle of the night, the customer service called to ask if I had ordered food. I was woken up and felt very annoyed. There are parking spaces on the ground, but they said that it would affect the leaders' travel and not allow parking. The underground garage is under maintenance, and I won't talk about the special smell. The upper and lower basements are actually one passage. It's very dangerous. There are not many people directing. I don't understand why they chose to repair the basement during holidays.

Excellent location for taking high speed train. 10 minutes walk to the station. Exit from west side of the station and you can see the hotel on the far right. About 20-30 minutes to go to museums and town center. Room is of good size and clean. We found some smell of cigarette and service desk helped to replace pillow promptly. Breakfast choice, however, is limited.

The room facilities are very good. The facilities and equipment are very new. I recently came to Zhengzhou on a business trip. It is very close to Zhengzhou East Station. The transportation is very convenient. There is a subway and the high-speed rail east station is one stop away. The front desk service is very considerate. The room type was upgraded and breakfast was given. I strongly recommend friends who come to Zhengzhou on business to choose this store. Recommended! There is also Luckin Coffee in the lobby. It is really convenient!
