The front desk was very polite, but it was a very difficult night as soon as I entered the room. I arrived too late. I just stayed for a few hours and didn't have the energy to move. You can choose the room by yourself by looking at the pictures. I could hear conversations and knocks in the corridor all the time. The room door was open before I checked in. It's not far from the East Square and it's within a ten-minute walk.

Friends went to Zhengzhou for a trip, and I booked a hotel for them, the Zhanqian Fashion Hotel, which was pretty good. They all said it was good and recommended it to stay in. Friends from all over the country came to stay here. It is also convenient to go to Zhengzhou Fantawild.

There were unknown hairs on the bed. I booked a 3-hour hourly room and planned to rest while waiting for the bus. However, the room opened by the front desk had a problem with the air conditioner. I went downstairs with the room card to find the front desk to change rooms. The front desk had a bad attitude (the one sitting there wearing a mask) and asked me to go back to the room and wait for the aunt to check it. When the aunt came, she also said that the air conditioner was broken. Other rooms did not have such problems. So the front desk asked me to go downstairs with the room card to change rooms. The whole process wasted nearly half an hour. When I checked out, I was still packing my things. The front desk started to urge me when I was three hours old. Who is responsible for the half hour I wasted? When I went downstairs to check out, the front desk had a bad look on his face. I convinced everyone to avoid this place. The hygiene is too poor and the service is too poor.

Apart from the sanitation being ok, the hotel did not have disposable slippers. I called the front desk and they said they would deliver them, but after waiting for 20 minutes no one came, so I went downstairs to get them myself. Also, there is very little hot water for showering in the hotel, so you need to boil it and wait 20 minutes after showering. The key point is that there is no mark saying you need to wait for the water to boil, so it got cold halfway through my shower, and I almost caught a cold 😷, which really made me angry!

Advantages: Very close to Zhengzhou East Station, 5 minutes walk. But that's all. The facilities are old, the room layout is confusing, and the hygiene is worrying. All these can only be explained by carelessness. I asked for a room with a window, but I had to climb onto the bed to push open the dusty high window. Outside the window is an intersection, and many vehicles are parked directly on the road. The shouts, scolding, and horns are heard. I chose this place. Because I had to catch the high-speed train to the airport early the next morning. So I gave up a holiday that was a little further away. Obviously this was a very stupid decision. I was exhausted and couldn't toss and turn. I pinched my nose and squinted for more than 6 hours. I didn't recover after a day of rest the next day. And what's the situation with the two pieces of paper under the pillow as shown in the picture? I underestimated the lower limit of some hotels in Zhengzhou in 2024. The worst business trip accommodation experience since the new century. Final advice: Don't consider all the hotels in this building. I basically don't write reviews. I wrote so many this time, and I was heartbroken.

The environment inside the room is seriously mismatched with the charges. The environment inside is just like a 100-yuan small hotel. There is an unpleasant smell inside the elevator. Not recommended at all... The charge is 397 yuan. Hasn't the Market Supervision Administration checked it?

It's a cold shower in the middle of winter. The hotel is poorly equipped and can't even provide hot water. I suggest you avoid it. The price is almost 300, which is a scam.
