Nice hotel. The breakfast is tasty and with many choices

Stayed for 3 nights. Requested a change to a room with bigger desk but with similar layout eventually. Awesome breakfast spread

Everything was awesome except for some small issues. Their staff was polite but their knowledge in understanding English was low. Overall it's amazing

The hotel is in a great location, I was able to get some delicious food and coffee near by. Cassie who helped me check-in was very helpful seeing how it was my first day in Zhengzhou. The breakfast had a variety of options that were very delicious, and of course I'm always happy with good coffee. I'll likely stay again in the future.

Unfortunately I’ve found 2 out of 2 rooms not cleaned with long woman hair around the carpets. Merry Christmas Sheraton 👍👍👍

The experience was wonderful and the service, top notch. This is the best deal I have ever had for a hotel, it included breakfast and dinner and even a light lunch, i don't know if such a deal is available all the time or its only a once in a while thing.The hotel staff were really nice and professional, i'd say all our expectations were met except for the swimming pool that was closed throughout the duration of our stay

Very satisfied, worth recommending! First of all, the girl with the badge "ZHang" at the front desk is very good, enthusiastic, kind, responsible, efficient and helpful! Secondly, the cleaning lady is also very enthusiastic, diligent and responsible! Thirdly, the food is very good, and the salad is very fresh!

The hotel's guest service was impeccable, the staff was warm and attentive, and made me feel at home! This hotel handled every aspect just right.

The service is very good. This is my second time staying in this hotel. The service is very good every time. The front desk lady is also very enthusiastic and gave us a small bookmark, which is very exquisite. The stay experience is also good, but the air conditioning temperature in the room is too high. I sweat when I sleep at night. Then I suggest that the tissues in the room can be placed in one more place. I have to go to the bathroom to get them every time, which is a bit inconvenient.

Stayed on the 23rd floor executive floor. The room was spacious and clean. I, who have a slight mysophobia, couldn't help but take a bath when I saw how clean the toilet and bathroom were. The staff Jennifer was also very considerate and gave us a free breakfast. The breakfast was on the executive floor, which was quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located. There was a subway station right in front of the hotel. I also really liked their decorations.
