Upon entering the hotel, a dedicated staff member helped with our luggage. Zhao, who assisted us with check-in, arranged a room where our child could see the high-speed train, and also provided a complimentary set of children's toiletries. Even though it's not a family-themed hotel, they clearly cater to children. My child absolutely loved the cookies, though they were quite large, which meant she didn't eat much dinner afterward. Overall, the service was excellent! 👍

Service: Quite proactive. Cleanliness: Pretty good. Overall, my experience was very good, high value for money, and I had a pleasant stay.

The front desk helped upgrade our room type, and the breakfast was also plentiful. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Mixue Ice Cream & Tea headquarters and very close to the East Railway Station. The room was also very clean and well-equipped. Definitely worth choosing!

Zola at the switchboard was quick to respond and communicated thoughtfully. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly during check-in/check-out. The service was attentive and thorough, making for a very pleasant overall stay!

Five stars to Lynn at the front desk! I had an urgent need to print some documents for personal reasons, and Lynn was incredibly helpful and quick to resolve the issue without any hesitation. Her 'always follow through' attitude is truly reassuring. Such outstanding service deserves a 5-star rating.

The hotel was clean and fresh throughout, and our room was meticulously cleaned with no strange odors. The bedding was soft, ensuring a very restful sleep. The front desk staff were gentle and polite, and Kami handled our check-in efficiently. They patiently answered all our questions and requests. The facilities were comprehensive and convenient for getting around. Overall, the service was professional and thoughtful.
