The staff were warm, professional, and very responsive. The room was clean and comfortable, with good facilities like a laundry room. Breakfast was rich and varied. Overall, it exceeded my expectations and offered great value for money.

The hotel is very close to the East Railway Station. The lobby is spacious and bright. The front desk was efficient and friendly during check-in, and they even upgraded my room. The facilities are excellent, and there's a free self-service laundry room on the fifth floor, which is very convenient!

The hotel facilities are great, and it's very close to the East Station. I really wanted to give it a good review, but when I was checking out, I asked the front desk lady for hot water. I clearly saw a water dispenser in the office on the first floor, but she said there was no hot water on the first floor and told me to go to the restaurant on the fifth floor. Since I was checking out with a lot of luggage, I felt it was too much of a hassle to go up to the fifth floor. It was a very small matter, but I really can't stand being lied to. I was in a hurry to leave, so I didn't say anything to her. The front desk guy when I checked in provided excellent service and deserves five stars. Checking out was really unpleasant, though. The breakfast was quite good and plentiful, and the sofa in the room was also very comfortable.

I brought my child to Zhengzhou for a summer vacation trip. The hotel is very close to Zhengzhou East Station, within walking distance. They even upgraded our room upon check-in. My child absolutely loved the hotel's smart robot delivering items, and it was super convenient! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. 😄
