Asia-Europe International Grand Hotel

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around. What really stands out, though, is the service. I've stayed in many hotels across the country, and the service here is top-notch. They truly think of everything for their guests. Huge thumbs up! 👍

The stay experience was absolutely fantastic! I wasn't expecting much, given the super low price, and just booked it for its proximity to the Olympic Sports Center for a concert. But wow, was I surprised! This hotel easily rivals a 5-star property. It was clean, and the soundproofing was incredibly good. They even thoughtfully provided a fruit platter. The room was super quiet at night, and very spacious too. What's more, the hotel offered a special shuttle service to and from the concert, with staff diligently checking to make sure all concert-goers boarded. Honestly, it was incredible value for money. My first visit to Henan, and the kindness of the Henan people really touched me. This place deserves a genuine five-star review! (And I promise, I never give dishonest reviews, good or bad; every review I write is completely sincere and based on my actual experience.) I highly recommend this hotel, and I'll definitely choose it again if I'm ever back in Henan!

The hotel was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff was very welcoming. I chatted with her so much that I left my ID at the desk, but she had someone bring it up to my room later. There was also a lovely welcome fruit platter in the room 🤗. We were there for a concert, and they had a round-trip shuttle bus 🚌, which was really thoughtful. I'd definitely stay here again ❤️

The location is very convenient, close to the Municipal Government and Lvcheng Square. It's a building I've seen since I was a child living in the western suburbs. The decor is business-style, and while the facilities are a bit old, they are still functional. The service is also good. However, for a five-star hotel, the bottled water in the room is still ChunYue, and the toilet paper in the bathroom is very thin. I hope these two points can be improved. Overall, it's a very good value for money five-star hotel.

I booked this hotel to attend Zhou Shen's concert. I saw reviews mentioning a convenient shuttle bus service, so I decided to book it. To my surprise, the hotel called me the very next day to confirm if I was there for the concert – very prompt follow-up! Upon arrival, I was quite satisfied with the room, especially considering the price point. The bathroom was huge, and the shower water was wonderfully comfortable; I loved it. The best part was definitely the shuttle service. Despite the large crowd, the hotel staff managed everything smoothly and efficiently. They thoughtfully provided small Zhou Shen fan merchandise and repeatedly reminded us that there was complimentary water on the bus. Overall, my stay was very pleasant. As the staff said, their service made me feel like I was basking in a spring breeze – thank you! 🙏 I'll definitely stay here again if I get another chance to visit Zhengzhou.

Coming for Zhou Shen's concert, the hotel arranged a concert shuttle service, which was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel, as an established star-rated property, offered excellent service quality from check-in onward, making the overall experience very comfortable. Of course, the concert shuttle service was the best part; Miss Coco even reminded us to order takeout in advance, and sure enough, when we got back, everyone was eating takeout, hahahaha.

This seems to be an older hotel, located between Lucheng Square and the Municipal Party School subway stations. I was happy to see they offered a shuttle service to concerts when I booked. The room was spacious and the bed was huge. All the staff I encountered were quite friendly. Other than the slightly outdated facilities, everything else was good!

This was my first time in Zhengzhou, specifically to see Zhou Shen's concert. I only stayed one night, but the Jajin Hotel left a deep impression on me. Every staff member was incredibly friendly during check-in, and they even upgraded my room and gave us a complimentary afternoon tea. They promptly provided information about the shuttle bus times and locations, and added us to a WeChat group. They flawlessly organized seven shuttle buses to and from the Olympic Sports Center for hundreds of 'Shengmi' (Zhou Shen's fans) – not a single person was left behind! A big thank you to the entire concert service team: Wang Youxing, Fu Wei, Yin Junpeng, Shang Jianghao, Lü Keying, Liu Jian, Liu Chengyu, and Wang Huibin! And of course, all the staff who assisted me during my stay. My first trip to Henan was absolutely perfect!

A huge shout-out to the hotel's concert shuttle service! The entire team, from the drivers to the group leaders and all the service staff, worked incredibly hard. They managed everything perfectly, even with thousands of people leaving and the subway being completely packed. While the hotel facilities are a bit dated, the service is truly exceptional. Zhengzhou is a city that deserves more time to explore; I'll definitely be back.
