房間空調漏水，沒有塑料拖鞋，衹有一次性的，房間衹有消防面具沒有消防手電真不怕投訴你們消防檢查啊！設施也是，23度空調半夜兩點滴滴答答，流的地板都濕了，吵得睡不着，調到25度才不流，熱的要死，給前台打電話，讓我們兩點換房間，這種情況怎麼著不得升級補償一下，兩點吵醒了來句明天可以給您提供早餐補償。。。我兩點沒睡，讓我換房再給我早餐？貴店的服務宗旨實在不敢苟同。。。酒店用品和設施都不檢查嘛？光腳進浴室也不怕摔着客人。。。
