Enjoy an exclusive shuttle service to and from Zhengzhou East Station: The pick-up and drop-off service is super convenient. Although it's not far to walk, having the shuttle is much easier, especially on rainy days. This service was actually why I booked this hotel. The front desk service was also good. Room service was convenient and not expensive.

The room was excellent, offered great value for money, and had a fantastic view. It came with a coffee machine and four coffee pods. The overall design style was quite modern, and the slippers and cups were adorable.

This hotel has a very artistic, Spanish feel to it. The welcome drink glasses in the lobby were spotless, showing how much attention they pay to cleanliness. The only minor issue was that the door lock was a bit old and could easily come loose from the door, but it wasn't a big deal.

I had a short one-night stay in Zhengzhou. The city view from the window was great, both day and night. The room was very clean and tidy. It's very close to the high-speed train station, and if you enjoy walking, you can easily stroll over in the evening. There are plenty of food options nearby, making everything very convenient.

Sherry provided excellent service; she was very warm and her voice was lovely! I needed ginger for my herbal medicine, and when I called the front desk, they delivered it very quickly! The room was spacious, and it's super close to the East Station, which makes transportation very convenient. All the staff were very helpful too. Highly recommend staying here! 😗

The Zhengzhou Hesheng Yiside Hotel offers a quiet environment and clean rooms with complete facilities. Its location is convenient, and Chloe's service attitude was excellent. Overall, it's good value for money. This hotel perfectly complements a peaceful and tranquil journey.

The location is excellent, very close to the high-speed train station, making it a great hotel! The facilities and services are top-notch. They even have robots delivering food! That's pretty cool! The room also comes with an ironing board, which is a nice touch. The laundry service is also excellent; if you don't have time to wait, they'll dry and fold your clothes for you. Plus, there are cameras, so you don't have to worry about your clothes getting mixed up!

Cleanliness: The room was spotless, no dust on the tables. Environment: The soundproofing wasn't great, which slightly affected my sleep. Service: The bus driver was very punctual; they drove us even though we were the only two passengers. The front desk made luggage storage very convenient and organized.

Only two sets of washer-dryers, but everything else is pretty good. If you need anything, just call the front desk. The Wi-Fi is slow, only 20 Mbps, so you can't download anything, but it's stable for gaming with no lag.
