The proprietress of this hotel is considerate...allowed me to check out at nearly 3 o'clock (I arrived at Zhengzhou Railway Station after 2 o'clock in the morning). The room is large and comfortable...ventilated...good facilities...there are towels, bath towels, shampoo and shower gel😄

It's pretty good. You can see the exterior on the 13th floor. It's right next to Plaza 27. Everything inside is pretty good. There are TVs and air conditioners. They can all be used. You can also see the rooms. The house is quite big. It is of good quality and low price. The bed is also very big. It is quite good to sleep. I will continue to come here next time I have the opportunity. I feel that the price is a little lower than the hotel room price in Kaifeng, which is much better.

鄭州的住宿還是蠻有特色的，住二七廣場附近是最佳選擇，離開鄭州站一站地鐵，出門1/3號線，步行街商場景點都很方便，這邊很多名宿性質，不過都叫酒店。
這家設施還行吧，雖然沒空調，但是熱水還可以的，自己帶了肥皂，屋子也算暖和，性價比算是比較高的。

Two days of East Business Twin Bed, the next three days upgraded the family room. Add 13 yuan per day. Cost-effective. 2 minutes walk from the subway station. Next to the hotel is the famous East 27 Tower. I am Hui, not far from Shuncheng Street. Various local specialties of halal cuisine. The hotel is newly renovated and clean. The air conditioning effect is good. The room is soundproof. The boss is kind, taking the children to travel, and also provides parent-child toiletries. 5 stars praise

The accomodation is situated near the mountain landscape and the nights are quiet and peaceful.
I have gotten a great rest from the big city here.
The hotel runs a restaurant in the first floor, which is quiet famous in the local area (for a good reason it is!).
The dishes were amongst the best I have eaten in the country!
You will enter the hotel through a tea and wineshop with a wonderful a**osphere..
The couple that runs the hotel is very kind, helpful and joyful. They gifted me tea and fruits for my further traveling and made me feel welcome during my stay.
If I am ever back in Dengfeng, I will know where to go!

GGuest UserLocation is 1 min away next to subway or dongshilipu exit E. Next to hotel is a small mall with a lot of food options from restaurants to small eats. Easy to get to erqi mall, corn tower, east rail station. Hotel surrounding is peaceful at night so it’s nice.
Stayed in room with executive lounge excess with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail. Breakfast is good and
Evening cocktail has hot food so worth to go if you have this option. Afternoon tea is optionally as mainly drinks.
Gym is huge and not crowded and open 24 hrs so if you need a hotel with gym ,this is good choice .
Only area for hotel to improve is room temperature in room doesn’t seem to be able to adjust to be cooler.. lucky visit in not in summer.

During my stay, I had the pleasure of staying in a Superior Queen room that was neat and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was also top-notch, with delicious food options to choose from.
However, what truly sets the Holiday Inn in Zhengzhou apart is the staff. Despite the language barrier, every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. In particular, Tina stood out for her exceptional service and attention to detail. She helped me navigate the city and provided me with insider tips that only a local would know. Her genuine kindness and warm personality made me feel like I was staying with a friend rather than a hotel.
With my experience traveling to over 28 countries, I can confidently say that the Holiday Inn in Zhengzhou is a standout choice for any traveler looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. If you're planning a trip to Zhengzhou, this hotel should be at the top of your list.

MMohamedThis is a hotel that the family can enjoy. It is quiet and they do have a suit that is similar to a 2 room serviced apartment. Reception is simple, helpful, and kind. English is a bit of an issue to communicate with the staff so using an app would help like google translator, bido, WeChat..etc. The hotel has a restaurant that serves only breakfast (no room service meals, lunch, or dinner provided). It is a type of hotel that people come to stay in and they shop around, eat outside..etc. it has a Gem but NO SWIMMING POOL, no coffee shop at the hotel. so it pretty much stays only. I stayed in a suit that is nice, spacious, 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom is big and the bed is very comfortable. another room has 2 single beds that make it very good for the family. The suit has a washing machine, microwave, stove, big fridge but no cooking pots or dishes. there is 3 big TV with 30 channels in this suit. They do have pay-per-view for movies (24 hrs cost 38 RMB). Breakfast is a very nice surprise as it is up to Sheraton standards (this hotel has no universal star ranking- just local ranking). if you buy breakfast it is RMB 48 /person from 8+ years. below that age is free. There is no special price for kids. I enjoy staying one night as I was looking for a serviced apartment and I couldn't find any single serviced apartment listed on Trip.com. Overall, if you are on a short trip up to 2 days for shopping or transit while taking airoplane or train, it will be a good fit.

LLeighBeJamminThe room we stayed at JW Marriott for one night. It had serious smoke odor. We asked for another room. They were at capacity so, they were unable to accommodate our request. They sent an air purifier to accommodate us. It helped slightly. Breakfast was amazing. The lobby for check in is on the 38th floor. If you drive, make sure to get familiar with the parking situations. Our friends drove a big car and the entrance and exits into the parking lot were tight. Plan to have a zen mind set when you have a car. There are shops around the manmade lake for late treats. Check them out.

TtonyluengFacilities: There are not many experiences for one night, it looks quite complete, but the underground parking lot is not open on snowy days. The situation of water not heating mentioned in the previous comment exists, but it will be very hot after about 1 and a half minutes. Or don't choose too high floors should avoid this problem.
Hygiene: Old-fashioned hotel, health is still in place.
Environment: Not far from Songling Park, not far from Gongyi Grottoes.
Service: There is still a lot of room for improvement. Although the front desk is very good for some people to comment on, the blunt mechanical tone is not very good. If the breakfast department gallery service staff is more friendly, it may be better to use the words ”please” and ”thank you”.
P.S. Breakfast is not many varieties, the taste is not satisfactory.

Hygiene: Very clean, not inferior to star hotels. The mattress in the room is very soft and very comfortable to sleep on. Will come again next time.
Facilities: Everything is available, including disposable supplies. Environment: The location is better. The room I stayed in can see Shuanghe Lake and the musical fountain in summer.

GGuest UserVery conveniently located two minutes drive from Zhengzhou Xinzheng airport, with a free shuttle service to the terminal. The front desk staff are very friendly, caring and polite, and they complete the registration formalities for foreign guests quickly and efficiently. The room was clean and quiet, and the hotel is nicely decorated and well looked after. A good option if you have an early or late flight from the airport, but also a good base if you want to visit Henan for a few days, as Xinzheng has excellent links to the rest of the province.
