設施：空調噪音太大 吵的人沒法休息 洗浴設施老舊
環境：一屋潮濕氣 無窗
衞生：一般 沒什麼衞生可言
服務：最差勁的就是服務 網上下單客户要求自行退像平台退款 再重新像酒店付款
退房時間不按平台時間走 按自家規定時間 晚一分時間都強行收取費用 住了幾十家酒店沒遇見這樣的
本來是網上的特價房 沒有這麼多事也能對付住 並且給一個好評 但是不知道這家抽象的行為是從哪裡來的底氣

The room has no windows and a strange smell. It was very depressing to live in. They urged us to check out at 11 o'clock the next morning. The floor felt greasy and sticky to my shoes.
